Absolutely love it here!! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the coffee is good and not over priced. They always have different seasonal drinks which are lots of fun. The muffins are super good too! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

My first time here was a wonderful peaceful experience. They have a little bit of everything when it comes to beverages and snacks. They even sell fun knickknacks and clothes. All of the employees were super nice and chatty. I am definitely coming back!

Great, locally owned coffee shop. Very friendly service, well prepared coffee and nice selection of pre-made sandwiches, pastries and yogurt snacks.
For non-coffee drinkers there are Pepsi products, orange juice and water.
Very well lit with lots of windows.
Plenty of covered outdoor seating which is great on temperate days.
WiFi speed allowed me to work from here.

Friendly spot with room to sit. We both enjoyed our coffee. The deviled eggs were delicious and the cold sandwiches looked great. Hot sandwiches are tasty, but have to be microwaved so the bread gets soft. They also had chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches that looked great!

Amazing local coffee shop! It’s rare that I find a place that knows how to make a proper chai latte.

I hadn't visited Kodiak before today and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The flake and chai tea were really good and so was their breakfast sandwich. I also order scones but haven't really had them yet

Great independent coffee shop! Convenient drive-thru (you have to enter from the back) and great service! They had more syrup flavors than any coffee shop I've ever been to. I got a butterscotch mocha with whip cream and it was so good.

This shop is so amazing and definitely worth the drive! The Italian Sodas are so great and start to fizz when you put ice in them, which is fun! Their mango smoothies are my favorite, but all of their smoothies are delicious. My Mom always gets her coffee from there. They rarely mess up your order. The shop is so clean and the staff are so kind. There are even little fridge magnets and souvenirs you can by from there for cheap! Please visit!

Wonderful coffee shop! I've never had their food, but can speak highly of their drink menu. Great service and dog friendly. Grab a cup to go or hang out in their cute and cozy shop!

I stumbled upon this shop while waiting for my car to be fixed and I can say that it is easily one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. The employees are extremely friendly, the customer service is exceptional (they will tailor their coffee exactly how you like it), and the food and drinks are among the best in the twin cities area.

I definitely recommend going to this place if you're anywhere near Forest Lake!

Kodiak is situated on historical Hwighway 61, near Broadway Ave, offering an ample selection of coffees, teas, sweet drinks, smoothies, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Moved up from South Minnie to Forest Lake 2 years ago, and our family was so happy to find a great local coffee shop that rivals old haunts. Delicious hot coffee for mom & dad, exceptional blueberry muffins & cocoa for the boy, speedy friendly coffee-shop service, and even a dog bone for the pup-do in the drive-thru. There is no Dunn Bros in this town, which is the only chain I’d go to anyway, but I’d skip that for this. We 💜 It.
