Megan was extremely helpful and patient with my as I shopped their store today and was so pleasant to work with. I purchased several items and looked at even more and each time she helped me with a smile. This store is always clean and the staff is superb. I will always return!!!!

Brian Johnson was the best, definitely made my day. I was gonna give a 1 star review because when I walked in a guy named Colin wouldn't even check my stuff he said they aren't taking PSVR and he would give me $10 dollars. He never checked my games or anything. I was extremely mad so I called the manager and got Brian. He was professional and took the time to come outside and check everything for me and I ended up with $150 when Colin was gonna give me $10. Brian is definitely the person you want to deal with when you go here. He is fair, nice and has a good sense of humor. I'd never go to Colin though he's rude an arrogant. Thanks Brian!!!

My husband and I have been here many times to buy and sell items over the years. Andrew has helped us on many occasions and is extremely knowledgeable and always so kind and helpful. We truly appreciate his professionalism each and EVERY time! Kristen is wonderful at what she does as well, and is so genuinely nice to all. These two are amazing!!!

Honestly the best prices I’ve seen for PS4 games, especially in store. Very nice and friendly people. If you’re a game collector it’s a must.

Also I wanted to come back here and add that Casey is incredibly helpful and fun to talk to as well as everyone else.

Collin he is the go to guy. Gives the rite customer care to make a person feel like you got a good deal , he's got skillset thats needed to keep a customer. I'v been coming here for yearz never had a bad experience

Casey the manager helped me out sooo much today! My sister and I are late for a gig, playing music at a cancer benefit, and we went to every store in town looking for a piece of equipment. At desperate lengths we called to ask if they had it. He answered my call with complete sincerity and understanding of our situation, and dug through his inventory to find us exactly what we needed! Just in time for us to be.. fashionably late lol Thank you soo much Casey!!
