The young ladies working today were awesome! I was purchasing clothes to send back to my sister in Oklahoma so I was face timing her in the store while trying shackets on for her and they just giggled. No harassment. Found a new squeaky for Marley and it's just so cute! Love their 75% off sale. If you haven't been, you better! Don't miss out! They also package everything so nice and detailed! Love it all!

We tired to return a dress untouched and the employee said we needed the tag and we went back with the tag and said the tag needs to be on the cloth and we check their policy and it says you don’t need the tag and we went a third time and we finally got our money don’t go here unless you’re trying to be screwed

I used to love this place…clothing really turned into all crop tops-which is kind of annoying, but what gets me is the staff! They were ridiculous! Had to ask for a dressing room-which isn’t that big of a deal but I had an arm full and the staff was just standing around gossiping! Went to the group of three for a room-one said she was clocked out, next girl just looked at the other girl until she helped me then proceeded to roll her eyes at the girl. I finally get a room, asked the girl if I can look at the back section real quick before I went to changing room. She said it wasn’t a problem… not even 5 minutes later, my door was shut, name wiped off, and went to have someone unlock it and another girl had half my clothes from the dressing room in her hand to put back! I had to go around the store by myself to remember everything I wanted to try on! Barely an apology out of her. Beyond rude! The store was NOT busy, btw. Only one other dressing room being used at the time. Stick your staff in one darn area or communicate better together as a team! Jesh! Then when I went to check out, I laid my items on the counter, no one was there, quickly exchanged a size on a pair of jeans and the girl came up to the counter trying to sweep my clothes away AGAIN to put away! Focus more on the customer rather than being so focused on picking up the clothes. Seems like there’s a lot of staff drama going on…
