Katie did an amazing job making sure I was taken care of and was getting everything I needed. She came up to me and offered me a dressing room and was very personable. The girl who checked me out was in a white shirt and had dark hair and was also very personable and nice. Very impressed by this experience and the customer service!

Super friendly staff! My girls enjoyed looking at the clothes for their dad! They really enjoyed the styles. The lady at the register was very nice! The store was clean but kind of crowded with just so many clothes!! Great styles!! And prices!!

This location needs to acknowledge this rockstar Emily! She helped me get set up with what I needed after having a lil checkout issue the day before. She went over and beyond to help get my problem fixed and is the sweetest girl! I’m not new to AE fashions, but my size is. I can see why I’ve always heard such great things and I’m glad to have experienced it to be true as well! I’ll be shopping back and looking for her specifically since she SHOWN compassion and empathy to everything I’m going thru and physically seen how frustrating it can be for clothes to fit when going thru such weight loss so fast. I truly appreciate you Ms Emily and I hope you are blessed in abundance thru financial health and continue to be blessed with helping people with your kindness. It truly is refreshing to see a person love doing what they are doing, not just doing it for a paycheck.

Online shopping here is fab. They’ll ship to the store and then you can try it on there. For sure shop when there’s a sale because it is an expensive store. Also, join the rewards program.
