I don't buy big stuff there, They got a pretty sick clearance aisle, stores clean, never need to look for an employee (and they're more helpful than the new norm). Next to PF so I can get my gym on and get some paint, maybe a hammer? Satisfy my fastner needs? You f'n bet! And who knows maybe pellets for my smoker or vermiculite and some Mason jars.
Overall: legit shopping experience and prime location for my needs.

There's a young man named Elliot. That is a floor supervisor that works at this location. He is very, very kind, great customer service, and is very helpful. Not everybody has great customer service in them. It comes natural, it's not something you are taught.

I am always able to find what I need and the staff are very helpful and friendly

I approached a cashier for purchase of bag of dirt. This young man was so polite and helpful. He rang up my purchase and also loaded it in my trunk. Yes Mam, every time I asked question. What perfect manners. Good job Ace.

There is something to be said for the small neighborhood hardware store. Upon walking in an employee greeted me and asked if he could help me find anything. When was the last time that happened at one of the big box stores? In fact I recently asked my wife to stop at the nearby national chain store (rhymes with canards) and pick up a 1/16 - 1/2 inch drill index. She didn't know what it was, but I told her not to worry, the employees would know what it was...A short time later she called from the store and asked me to speak with the store employee, who had never heard of a drill index, but they had drill sets. Back to Westlake Ace Hardware. On my last visit I was looking for a clutch type driver drill bit. Clutch type screw heads have rarely been used since the 1960's. Not only did he know what it was, he said that they had a few in stock and took me straight to them. Amazing. There is some knowledge that can only be gained by experience.

Lots of knowledgeable people and plenty to chose from.

Always a welcome when you walk through the door. If I'm not able to find what I'm looking for they are always willing to help me locate . Better service than Menards, Home Depot and lowes

I've been trying to fix up my yard recently and the staff at Westlake have been extremely helpful. They've talked me though different ideas for the yard, helped me pick the right tools and supplies for the project. All around great business. Fantastic pricing. I'll be back for sure, I've got a lot of work to get done!

My experience was amazing. I have my Ace rewards and app with them. I bought a few water catchers for some plants after my moms passing. Ace was where my mom liked to shop. The service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be back.

So I have a older model weed sprayer but never knew how to get the top off. A helpful man named Tim dug a similar model out of the back to show me how its done. I didn't even ask him to, which was all on him to give a demonstration. Very nice and accommodating! Love this location.

Great store! Employees are always so helpful in finding fasteners which they have a good stock. Nice to be able to buy quantity you need instead of a whole box.

Allen helped me on the phone and when I came to the store- thank you so much the Christmas tree stand is just what I needed.

Like shopping in a family-owned store! Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are slightly higher than the big-box stores, of course, but worth it to me for the personal service and friendly atmosphere.

Helpful sales people took me to the item that i was looking for instead of pointing me to an aisle for me to go find it. Young girl at the register laughed at my silly jokes. A pleasant shopping atmosphere .
