From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a young lady. She took my info and showed me the way to the waiting lounge. While waiting, lots of employees walked through for coffee and snacks. One even asked me if I needed anything. Thought that was very nice. Had enough points for free oil change too. It's a great drive from Omaha to Blair.

Very nice people, I had hail damage fixed here and was never there for more than 20 minutes from the quote to drop off and pick up. They did an excellent job with repair finished in a week. Had payment errors, but they let me take my vehicle home and pay the next day since I drove all the way to pick vehicle up. Josh was SUPER helpful and took care of all my questions/needs.

I called Rylee today and she was super kind and got me over to Josh whom directed me to come in and bring my windshield protection policy.

People I have to say that Josh knows his stuff and really goes out of his way to clarify policies and make sure there are no surprises for you.

My truck had some pretty extensive damages to it from an accident I had. After the initial estimate for the damages Jason and his techs did an extensive break down and inspection of the damaged areas finding any and all damaged components. They kept a very open and clear line of communication with myself and my insurance company, got the job done in a timely manner, and they did an amazing job with the work. Looking at my truck now, and you can’t even tell it had over 10k in damages. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Woodhouse Collision Center, no matter how cheap or expensive the vehicle, you are going to get a showroom quality product. Could not be more pleased with the results.

I was rear ended driving home from work one day and the appearance of the damage was minimal but turned out to be very significant. I spoke with James in the body shop several times before I actually brought my car in for service. He helped me with some insurance/process questions I had and made the process super easy. James and Taylor in the body shop answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me get some issues with the rental company worked out, they even had a car delivered to me in Omaha.
Best customer service I've experienced anywhere in a while! Definitely worth the drive to Blair! I've already referred some people to them!

It’s hard to express with words how amazing of an experience I had at Woodhouse Collision Center. They are hands down the best! From the friendly customer service, to the daily updates on the status of our vehicle, to the unparalleled knowledge and expertise, James and the team at this facility are top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough - 5 stars isn’t enough. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else after taking it here.

I would not take my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 any where else. It has been to this body shop alot. Twice for hail damage , deer damage, rust repair covered under warranty and most resent was someone ran into me. Since Jake A. has been there it's been the best. The people that work there are just awesome. So I would like to thank: Jake, James, Aaron, Crystle and Taylor. Also Cami who isn't there anymore. And the guys in the body shop. My truck is black with metallic flake and shows all flaws and it once again looks awesome.

Getting in a car accident always sucks, from having to deal with the insurance companies to trying to find a decent body shop. Im glad that I went to the body shop at Woodhouse in Blair. Jake, James, Aaron and the rest Woodhouse body shop team made the whole process easy and painless. I hope I never get in another car accident but if I do, I know that I will be taking my car to the Woodhouse body shop in Blair. Thanks for the great experience guys!!

Just came from the collision center where I was helped with my 2013 Dodge Journey. Let me tell you these guys went out of their way to help me! They were above and beyond kind, courteous, and professional! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Fixed my truck, just picked it up today. Everything looks great and have driven it about 75 miles so far. Looks and drives great.
