Kevin & Ryan arrived on time and went right to work. They covered my floors with painters clothes and brought in the stove and tools needed. It was a full install with venting out the wall. Their work looks to be of the highest quality and it fits into the new building perfectly. They explained and demonstrated the stove and remote settings. I am extremely pleased and will patiently await our first cold day. It’s going to be beautiful looking at this stove and enjoying the warm heat it provides. Thank you Fire N’ Stone!

The entire interaction and experience was exceptional,
I was notified yesterday via email and text that Fire N Stone would be with me between 7-9AM.
Kevin and Ryan, both arrived and introduced themselves, they then immediately put protective dust sheets down and went to work on the fireplace.
Fully operational and serviced efficiently, within the hour.
Its great to know that customer service exists in todays consumer market.

Very professional workmanship and the results cameout fantastic. The before and after made me very happy. Thank you Jeff Buzzell and your crew. Started working on both of my chimneys one is for furnace the other is for woodstove. Starting working on March, 5 2024. Worked all morning until rainy weather blow in. Retu4ned the next day and finished the job. The cement and mortar looks amazing. Even went above and beyond with the flashing around each chimney down to the metal standing seam roof. The custom stainless steel caps. Are awesome. I definitely would recommend Fire and Stone excellent communication step by step throughout all construction.

Everyone from the ownership down is very professional, they take pride in your home, in there work, they seem very knowledgeable of the industry. Excellent experience! Hugo and Curtis arrived on time and worked efficiently and thoroughly, cleaning/inspecting our chimney and then going over the results in detail. Hugo provided estimates and repair schedules for the problems they found. He is very knowledgeable and lets you know what needs to be done with straight talk!

Very experienced stone mason. I am thrilled with how beautiful a small condo fireplace can look. Jeff carefully chose color variations and sizes which resulted in smooth transitions and a perfect fit of each stone. He covered my new wood floors to prevent damage and completely cleaned the area, both inside and out (where they did the stone cutting).

They were great . Hugo was very knowledgable and went over each step involved in repairing and stone veneering our chimney. We can now decide if it's worth the repair and replacement costs or whether we should remove it completely.

Your technicians arrived on time, in fact a little early, which I appreciated. They were professional in their interactions with me and did a good job of explaining the results of the cleaning and inspection. I will definitely recommend them. I will set up another appointment next year.

Jeff inspired my confidence in him as soon as he arrived. He explained the task ahead of him and the goal he set to achieve. Working as a team with Ryan there was rarely an idle moment. I was amazed at the [short] time it took for the demo and construction! Considerable time and care was taken to pickup and clean the entire area afterwards. Such efficiency and professionalism is never taken for granted!

Fire N' Stone just completed replacing my chimney and old stove and added shiplap and a mantle along the walls behind the new stove. Rob, from the sales office, was just great helping me spec out what I wanted. Kevin and Ryan did a flawless job installing everything. The entire staff was wonderful through the whole process and what an amazing and very clean installation! It's beautiful, and I could not be happier!!

Angelo and his crew just finished "cleaning" my pellet stove. Got a heads up that they were on their way and they were here within the time frame given to me when I made the appointment. The Fire & Stone crew did an outstanding job on our annual stove cleaning and maintenance. They showed up on time as scheduled, were quick, efficient and left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. The stove was checked for proper operation before they left.

Angelo was great, took his time to thoroughly clean the chimney and provided a detailed inspection report. He was professional and very informative when answering my questions. I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure having Jeff and his helper do our chimney work. Jeff takes pride in his work and shared what he was doing with me. I was very impressed with his mentoring of the young man, showing the best method for mixing mortar and flashing with lead sheeting. Jeff always shared the work and knowledge with the young man, a positive bond.

The fire & stone team were knowledgeable and very efficient in getting the fireplace insert installed. There was a piece that was missing to fill the gap between the insert and the brick. The part was ordered and will be completed within a couple of weeks.
Generally very happy.
