I can't say enough nice things about Mach 1 on Rice Street!!! I rarely write reviews but the entire staff deserves one. I thought my automatic start they installed was acting up because I couldn't lock my doors. So they got me right in immediately even though I didn't have an appt. The technician came back and showed me and explained that he had tested the remote start and it was working correctly but that a factory installed part was malfunctioning. He gave me the info I would need to have this checked out at the dealer. He was thorough and so helpful and get this......he didn't charge me for his time! These guys are great. Thank you!!

I bought a remote starter. The people are great very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job with installation. It was done before they said it would be. Definitely would recommend.

Anthony was awesome and took care of both of my car starters that decided to stop working at the same time. The entire team had Great costumer service all around! I called ahead of time and they told me to come on in so they could help me get it fixed. The team made sure they let me know what was going on and what they needed to do. I recommend everyone go get their car starters and more from here. Say hi to the cute shop pups while they take care of you with top notch employee service.

This is literally the best place to get your car radio taken into. I was in and out so quick, and they figured out the issue with my car stereo right away. 10/10 recommend. The employees there are also so helpful & nice. I definitely will be recommending this place to everyone & anyone that needs a fix for their car stereo!

I brought my car into Mach 1 because the auto start was not working/not starting. I had a couple other people look at it and try to troubleshoot with no success. I did not have to wait long while Nick quickly solved the problem and got my auto start working. I was VERY pleased with his service and knowledge fixing my Toyota Camry's aftermarket auto starter. The front of the house staff was very friendly and helpful too. It was an all around very positive and pleasant experience. I will be back and highly recommend this establishment.

We had a GPS Tracking and Recovery system installed for one of our clients in the St. Paul area. Anthony and Chris handled the install and activation like real professionals. They got it done quickly for a reasonable price. We have a happy customer thanks to the crew at Mach 1 Audio at the Little Canada location.

Stopped in today, to have a new transmitter (remote) synced with my car’s old system. Nick and Tony had the new transmitter working in 15 minutes. Great customer service and very helpful. Definitely would go back, if I was in the market for a new system.

Mike was highly knowledgeable about the store products and services. We were able to test out products prior to purchase, as well as received a couple different quotes that best suit our financial needs. I appreciate how quick the technicians were able to get my vehicle taken care of and complete. Not to mention how Mike pulled some strings and got me right in and out that door! I want to specially thank the Technician/s who last minute, quickly and accurately completed my installation. I could have waited a week or so, but they made it short and sweet . Thanks to the WHOLE team for being down to Earth and so accommodating! Will recommend as well as be back for more!

These guys have installed more than 6 remote car-starters for me and my friends over the years. They are competitive, honor their quote and will keep your appointment even if you make it weeks in advance. You know I'm recommending them as I mentioned I have used them multiple times myself. Plus I've sent many others to them and all of them have been happy. Oh, I almost forgot, you can get "Viper" products with them - way better range than factory...

Spoke with Chris and explained to him my problem with my remote starter that I had installed over 6 years ago.

Came in and he diagnosed and fixed rhe problem immediately. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND FREAKING NICE AS ANYONE COULD EVER BE.

I received great service once again from Mach1. Thank you Mike and Nick! I was having issues with getting my remotes to work after replacing my car battery and was unsuccessful in resynching them myself. They fit me into their busy schedule and explained things thoroughly to me. My family has used Mach1 with auto remote and security systems on previous vehicles and have always received great service. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! They installed my remote starter 4 years ago, and when another place installed a new battery for me, my remote starter wouldn't work. They got me in right away and fixed the problem on the spot. They went above and beyond, something you rarely see anymore! Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with my new remote starter. The customer service is exceptional at this location. They got to my car right away and I was done in no time at all. I bought a pioneer stereo just before Christmas it was very nicely priced for the features. I installed it myself into an international lt 625(semi truck).. I used the factory front speakers and up graded the rear to a pair or pioneer 6×9s which were from previous truck(so a bit used)..I am very impressed by the sound quality of the head unit..

Purchased some Rockford Fosgate P3 subs in a bundle, and I’m very impressed. Customer service was top notch, and everyone working was very knowledgeable and answered every question in a way that I would understand. Lol. Very happy with my experience.

Just purchased a set of Rockford F's subs and amp package. I have to say for the money it is more than enough bang for the buck! Great deal, coo install team- Rice St. team was really good to Me!

I bought a subwoofer, Amplifier, etc early 2016 and all parts are still going strong to this day. Good pricing with parts and labor. The staff explained different system options and how it would work with my factory car accessories. When it's time for an upgrade, I will be heading back to Mach1.

I will 100% recommend Mach 1 to all met friends who are looking for stereo stuff! These guys were so helpful and informative and helped me find some great deals. Should I decide I also need a sub in my truck, I will most definitely get it here. Also, I’d way rather support a local business than Best Buy or something!!

I brought my vehicle to this location for a head unit installation with steering wheel controls. I live in Rochester so I was in contact with the manager, Josh, via email to get things figured out before I made the drive up. He was very helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to my emails. I was not expecting this level of service, especially for a relatively small job.

The installation went great, everything looks and works perfectly! I'd highly recommend this location for any car audio work.
