Blaschko's Embassy Bar

First time there with a great friend. We watched the playoff game & had a very delicious blue cheeseburger & tots. It was one of the best burgers we've had in a long time. Everyone was cheering on the Ravens, even though they lost to the Chiefs. Great friendly service & a warm, fun atmosphere.

Great service, spot on food and wonderful atmosphere. We were promptly seated, my burger was cooked perfectly and everyone around us was enjoying themselves. Coleslaw burger all the way!

Stopped here for supper during a long road trip and will definitely return the next time we pass through. The food was delicious and the employees were great. Our server Shawn was really fun to talk with.

Where to start the chicken wings bourbon and Buffalo, fried cauliflower, cheese curds,onion rings and the party melt. Foods to die for. I topped it off with one of the best bloody Mary's I've have. Thank goodness I tasted to food before the bloody mary because that would have been my lunch. A place to try and return to often!

Jackie is a wonderful server running the place by her self on a Thursday night. Burgers were AMAZING. Was passing through traveling for work and so happy we stopped here. Would stop again.

My husband and I try and stop every time we go through St. Peter. The staff is awesome. The owner is always there and super sweet! Very clean with super cool decor. If you check them out definitely get the olive burger with an extra side of boom boom sauce!! Bar food at its finest!!!!

We went through St. Peter on a motorcycle ride looking for a place for lunch. We happened to stop into Blaschko's Embassy bar and grill. WOW! What a surprise! The atmosphere was great! Local feel, friendly operators and the food was unbelievably good! We had the Olive Burger and I have to say it's the absolute best burger and fries I've ever had. The fries were crisp and fresh the burger topped with green olives, lots of cheese and a full half pound of beef. It was amazing! And the menu is full of great burgers, different unique burgers not just cheeseburgers or California burgers. If you are going through St. Peter or looking for a place for some really great burgers this is the place. You won't be dissapointed. We'll be back for sure!

Love this place. Great small town bar with good food and staff

Surprisingly good hot dogs and onion rings. The food in general is better than one would expect at a bar. The staff is over the top friendly. Drive ins, diners, and dives would definitely call it a dive. It's one of the nicest dives you'll ever go into. Enjoy the staff, the food and the moment!

Had a great experience today there after my run! Bartender made a bad ass Bloody Mary!!! Wish I could of stayed for more! The cook did an awesome job on my BLT!!! Staff was very friendly and on top of their game! Can't wait to go back again!

Excellent staff, and you have get the steak bites!!!! Recently tried one of their burgers. HUGE! Gotta love more beef!
