Friendly service and perfect breakfast. Meals did take a little bit to get. Cute artwork on the walls.

They have great breakfast! We have also been here for burgers and fries and they were also very good, seasoned perfectly. I just wish they were open for dinner, I miss the dinner time meals there 😞

Just finished eating here after an interview. Service was quick, food was exceptional. I got eggs Benedict, and the eggs were really well cooked. Good hollandaise sauce, good ham, and great hashbrowns. My friend got a Philly melt, and said it was very good. He got extra cheese and extra mushrooms, which cost a couple of bucks, but that's fair. They also make several kinds of ice cream. We got three: Maple nut, salted caramel nut, and coconut castaway. All were very good, with the flavors being strong but not too sweet.

Great service. Our server was very kind and attentive. He made sure our glasses were always full, always checked up on us and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Food was pretty good, the fries were cooked perfectly. A nice place to stop in for a quick lunch.

Will definitely be back.

Great diner...food is home cooked, service is amazing. They accommodate adjustments to menu if you ask. Wish there were more comfortable, home town places like this!

I love Home Plate Restaurant! Good cooking, good prices, and the nicest staff and owner. Our family loves visiting as well as eating. In the summer ice cream & cones are a popular item. It's quaint and also is right next to the summer outdoor town public swimming pool. No place is better equipped for summer than Home Plate Restaurant. Oh yeah, any other time of the year is great too!

Classic small town diner with outstanding food and service. I do sales so I'm on the road often and dine out multiple times daily. Let me tell you, places as good as this gem are to far and few. The food is like your grandmother's kitchen, served piping hot and with plenty of fixings. If that weren't enough every time I've been here the waitress has made me feel like a welcome gust in her own home. Every time I'm in the area I make it a point dine here and I have yet to be disappointed in any way! The prices are very reasonable, much cheaper than those large chain places where your food is microwaved. None of that here, all the food tastes very fresh and hearty.

Stooped in for the .99cent burger on Thursdays and my oh my was it a great burger! Juicy and fresh! The cook wasnt available so the waitress made it, soo good! Cant wait for Thursday again. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great homestyle cooking! Fried chicken, taters, corn, gravy and slice fresh bread, yummy! Our waiter was very polite and courteous!

This is the best small town diner you could ever find and stop at. Very cozy and comfortable, great service and even better food which is made from scratch and prepared fresh daily. I encourage anybody driving through Le Center to stop and try them out.
