I like this place. "Radio Shack" has a great deal of electronic odds and ends. Some items are pretty inexpensive. Some are not. They also deal in cell phones as well as satellite services.

Dane and Beau are terrific. They installed our Dish system and were very patient explaining things to me. I asked a question about internet and they did not try selling me something we did not need. Travis is #1. Super knowledgeable and he made sure I get exactly what we need without overselling. That is a rare trait in a business. Honesty. Wow.

Travis, the manger, was very thoughtful and thorough. My problem was fixed faster than I expected; easy- peasy. I'm confident that if I had a similar need, they'll take care of it.

I had a hardware problem. My cable at home was the wrong kind. The staff person analyzed the problem with a quick electronic analysis and got me a cable that works. It saved me a lot of time and I'm happy with the result. Kudos!

Brought my sons iPod in so they could replace the broken screen and bad battery. They called a few days later telling me it was finished but they had to take it apart again because the home button no longer worked. I don't know if it was already broke or something happened during the repair, but they did the home button at no additional charge. They went above and beyond, and much cheaper than most places who do repairs like this.

I went in with just a question and they served me as if I were buying a stereo. They are well educated in their field and helpful.
I would turn to them with any electronic problem.
