The guys at Culligan were really great. Customer service was excellent! I was never pressured into buying anything. This is a great way to do business. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Excellent experience!!! Very honest guys!!! Installed RO system in under a half hour AND it’s high quality unit unlike CHINA from the big box stores that if your lucky you may be able to find filters for in a year. For what we rent the unit for its truly a no brainer to go this direction!!! They service the unit as needed covered under rent charge!!! Well worth it!!!

This is the best water softener I've ever had; I never had a problem with it. It uses the crystals (not the pellets); and I love it. Zero hard water issues ever. The system is easy to reset after a power outage.

I also have the reverse osmosis water purification system & I'll tell you about it. Purifying my well water at the added cold drinking spout (at my sink that they installed) is so fantastic. They also ran a special line (with a shutoff) behind my refrigerator so that the water is being purified before it makes my ice cubes and drinking water on the fridge door!

Had a scheduled yearly filter replacement for our system. Service person Rick was very courteous. Right on time also.He explained what he was doing and even helped with doing an unscheduled repair. I'm once again extremely happy with Culligan Marlette.

We have been customers with this Culligan location since 2007. To say that their customer service is outstanding is an understatement. It doesn't matter who answers the phone or which technician shows up at our door, we have always gotten quality service. I felt called to leave this review today due to the (once again) outstanding customer service we have received, especially from Keri, Dan and Mark. Keri went above and beyond to get our appointment moved up on the schedule knowing our softener had been down for quite a few days. And even though Dan and Mark couldn't fully get us up and running on their first visit, Dan made sure he got to our home today with the parts he needed so we could have quality softened water again.
Don't know what we would do without the amazing people at Culligan of Marlette!!!

Very reliable service and Arin, the driver, is very helpful in bringing the bags downstairs for us. He works hard!

Derrick (sorry if I spelled his name wrong) is absolutely amazing. We had our water softener spring a leak in its seal and it sprayed water all over our basement and we had no idea how long it had been going on when we found it by chance at 9:45PM. We called and left a message and at 7:50AM the next morning, someone from the office had called and said they were sending Derrick out right away. He told us that he heard what had happened and turned around (he was on his way to another call in North Branch) and came back to our area and fixed it within 20 minutes. He let us know if there was any damage to call the supervisor and put in a claim. Fortunately it seems like everything is drying out and losses are minimal. I appreciate the STELLAR customer service Culligan has shown us. This is literally the reason we went with Culligan vs a smaller company. This is the level of customer service we all need everywhere. Thank you so very much.

Mark is the best service person ever! You rarely find a service person that is as helpful, friendly, informative, and efficient as Mark. He gets the job done and does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. He is a very good communicator also. I wish all service people were like Mark. The world would be a better place!

Our experience with Culligan has been great! The in home estimate was thorough and informative. We are renting their water softener and also a water cooler for a great, low monthly price. They deliver the 5 gallon jugs automatically each month. We are pleased to know our family can trust the water we are using is clean and drinking is healthy!

Excellent customer service! All of their staff are wonderful to work with and their customer service deserves 5 stars! Good, clean, drinkable water delivered right to our door. And we are not ending up with a bunch of empty water bottles. I love the reminder text a few days ahead of time for a delivery. It is completely contactless. They pick up the empties and deliver the new jugs like clockwork. They have different options in the tanks so if you want warm or hot water to go along with the cold tap. We love the water! I highly recommend Culligan Water of Marlette.

Our Culligan delivery guy has been amazing over the years. Totally professional yet pleasantly friendly and helpful. I'm so impressed with his knowledge and skill in providing consistently excellent service. This projects onto the Company itself and any time we've needed help with our equipment they've been immediate and effective with their response. Must be good... we've been with them for decades!

Have been a customer for 20+ years. They have always been prompt on delivery and always very responsive to any emergencies that have come up. Never waited more than 24 hours when any emergency came up. Thank you culligan for taking such good care of us!

Our culligan man, CJ, came out and was very quick installing, very thorough, and professional, and went over everything with us! Great customer service and we are so thrilled to have the reverse osmosis and the water softener now! We wish we would have done it sooner!
