Chuck's Lake House

My wife and I rented Chuck's place for a week. Arrived on a Saturday and left on a Saturday. Two daughters met us and we had our little dog Sula. Weather was perfect, some hot, some cold, clouds, rain, and blazing sun. It was perfect. Part of that was due to Chuck's place. AC kept the heat at bay, and everything else worked just fine, too! The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake. Our favorite feature! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, bake, and eat for a week.
It's not in a wilderness setting by any means, but he never said it was. Neighbors on both sides, docks and boats on both sides. The locals we met were MN nice. Nice walking in either direction on the street, so the dog had plenty to investigate.
Loons were active in the morning, a huge white pelican patrolled the water one morning, and the amount of deer we saw was impressive.
Walker has the grocery store, there's multiple coffee shops, and lots of restaurants to choose from.
We had a great week in a great lake house!
