They are very caring and kind people they actually care about others. My experience with them has been a blessing

I needed help so I could help out a student of mine in receiving some documentation. I called and left a message with social services and someone called me back within 5 minutes to assist.

Wonderful people willing to go the extra mile! Polite and helpful.

So far everything has gone smoothly, but all immigrants etc. get way more help, I am disabled and don’t get much help at all even food etc. I have to go to food shelf

i had an awesome case manager until they switched me. im a disabled person and the new worker (hannah) they put me with she has been sitting on my paperwork and called to tell me i was going to get a notification bye mail and its been over two to 3 weeks and nothing has been recieved from her or them . ive missed out on getting any food benifits for this month and possibly last month as well. ive also missed drs apointments due to no medical insurance avalible to me. i think if you work in this type of career that you need to be helping clients and not sitting on paperwork for that long. total 💩💩💩💩💩💩. ive been forced to look for work due no help . update march 23rd of 2020they also like to sit in your healthcare paperwork for longer-term periods than normal. How can you call this social service work if the service part is no there?

Can’t get ahold of anyone and no one seems to know what I need to complete my application process, very stressful because I’m in desperate need of assistance. Not cool dude.

Twice I have been stood up from this county. Once was a home visit evaluation for our very disabled daughter she literally just didn't show and didnt call. Second was a phone interview no call. I then called them same day no answer then the next day thinking they accidentally scheduled me for Monday and they were closed for Juneteenth and they forgot but nope they "supposedly called " yet I had no missed calls and no voicemail. Sat by my phone for an hour. It's Funny though I get everyone else's calls. Service end is clearly not there and so much lack of knowledge we have to call other counties for information 🙄

Horrible place to get assistance. Takes their time even in a life or death situation. My worker was so rude. They need to do training and she needs to be retrained on how to deal with people. Her statement was she can take up to 10 days to process the information if she wants to. I was very nice to her at first but turned sour as soon as she started being rude.

Sarah the so called specialist is the worst. She’s a wicked witch. Very rude, mean, un-sympathetic. Hope she never finds herself in my situation. Shouldn’t have a job dealing with the public as she is no help whatsoever will take all your government assistance away from you. Thanks for nothing.

I have left some lady named Sue 4 messages and no call back! It's been 2 weeks. How can you be called human SERVICES when there is 0 service?

Extremely unreliable and impossible to reach. Never receive a call back or email. Very rude and act like it’s an inconvenience on their life when you try to call and ask questions.

I have called my case worker multiple times (with voicemails left) over the past 3 weeks. I have not heard back. As this is my case worker I am unable to speak with anyone else.

Stacey T the healthcare worker is absolutely ridiculous it has been weeks and still haven’t received a call back after countless voicemails hopefully she has to go to the doctor one day and can’t get help for weeks because someone can’t simply return a phone call.

Please fire Justin Johnson for harrasing and pushing me into a group home when there was nothing wrong with me. He has to go I don't want him to do this to anyone else.......

I've never had to deal with so many incompetent Human Service workers ever.

It's virtually impossible to speak with your worker over the phone.
