The only reason I have 2 stars Is because most drivers are courteous and polite. The lady that drives the morning bus from Marquette to Ishpeming route is literally the rudest and most confrontational driver I have ever seen and Ive ridden buses in Chicago if that tells you anything. She tries to embarrass people if they don't have correct change or just have wrong change. She tells you to cross roads so she can pick you up at her convenience and in front of everyone on bus calls dispatch and tells them you don't pay ever. Unless she pays for the gas money for her bus, there isn't a reason she should make things personal. Been riding this bus system for 3 years 3-4 times a week and have dealt with probably 10 different drivers on the route. She is the only one that has made a scene or been rude to almost everyone. How you treat people matters when consistently dealing with public. This is funded by county or state and she still keeps her job after all of the issues. Walking 5 miles roundtrip to work is better than being degraded everytime she is driving.

It's nice when you can actually get a ride as they book up so fast. Not always reliable on picking you up on time when you need to be somewhere at a certain time and then your late for it. Can't always get the times that I need as you have to follow the schedule they have. And this is just for the door to door bus, don't know how the other ones are. So the service comes in handy sometimes but other times not so much. And your just better off walking.
