Walmart Pharmacy

The staff at the Rochester hills pharmacy were amazing. They helped me get a refill on a prescription that required a transfer. It took a lot of hard work but they got it done. They were very friendly and caring.

The Pharmacist that helped me was so nice! I believe his name is Dean McCrossen. I just found out today while at the ER that I actually do have insurance through Medicaid. I didn't have a card or ID number for the insurance so he was going to have to charge me the full amount for my prescriptions which was over $100. I was pretty devastated and actually crying because I'm in some pain and can't afford that. He got my prescription down to $26 for me, and told me that when I get my insurance card to bring it in for a refund. Very thankful today for his help, it's been a rough day.

The lady assistant knows nothing and can’t answer any questions. They do not inform when your prescriptions are ready or delayed. They are horrible with good rx and figuring out how to use it. I’m done with this pharmacy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional there is a woman named Maryam who is so lazy, and all she wants to do is tell you that you’re wrong instead of trying to be helpful and actually try disgusting behavior from his pharmacy I would never return also her fingernails were dirty gross .
