Gull Pointe Pharmacy

I changed 5 years ago from a large retail pharmacy to Gull Pointe. Best decision ever and I tell all my friends about it! They call you on the phon, they will call your doctor's office, they get you the best deals on high price medications, they remind you your meds are ready, they provide pharmacy consultations. Lea the Pharmacist is amazing! Very very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond always! It is like having a personal small town pharmacy! I will never go back to the big retail place up the street!

Best customer service I've ever experienced. We had a 700$ prescription that wasn't covered by our insurance and Melissa proactively searched, found, and coordinated with a savings program so we could afford to fill it. And she did it all in under 20mins.

My job switched insurance companies and somehow my generic rxs were 10$ plus at Walgreens wal mart etc. looked in my insurance website and saw my rxs at gull pointe would cost not even 4$ for what I would spend 50$ on…it was true! Super fast super friendly and I’m now saving no less than 500 a year. The hours are a little rough but they offer delivery which is awesome

I worked at Walmart for @10 years and for most if that time, I used their pharmacy mostly out of convenience. My mother used Gull Pointe and raved about the service. I switched over @12 years ago, and they still amaze me. I have a great time interacting with the staff; they are friendly and fun to joke with. On my last trip Anthony, Brooke, Leah, Carlee, Jasmine, Moe, and Melissa did nit disappoint. I will continue to recommend your services and sing your praises while doing it. You all are a top notch organization. I speak for all of us when I say thank you.

We have found Gull Pointe Pharmacy to be a pharmacy who has compassion for their patients. So often, pharmacies look at the financial side, not the human one. So we lose, but the insurance co, gains and they get bigger, but not necessarily customer oriented. Case in point: I was in hosp for few day, getting released took longer than expected. I was notified by Gull Point RX’s were ready and time was 1:57pm on a Saturday a week past. They close at 2:00 I was able to reach them before it actually locked the doors, Leah D, what a blessing she has been, asked how long before we could be there - “shortly” I responded. She answered quickly, “we will wait”. What more can be said! Except, they deserve kudos for their compassion and caring for others. The staff all deserve them as they respond likewise to needs of others. Carol Hover

Great personable local pharmacy!!! Offers deLivery if needed...which I have used and great service for sure!! It's not an offered service at any other pharmacy I've personally been to but it's VERY convenient and exceptionally courteous. Also Very friendly staff and pharmacist they're caring, good natured, and very quick at filling medication!!!! A++++

BEST Pharmacy ever!!! I have generally gone to other commonly known pharmacies and picked up all my medications. I have experienced getting there only to find they are closed, having to wait quite awhile (and I only mean this when I get something new prescribed and am in pain...a short time always seems like forever). I just recently found out about Gull Point from another pharmacy who was out of my medication. Then I found out they deliver. What a huge BONUS for me because my driving is very limited and I don't live near any of the retail shops/pharmacies. I cannot say enough nice things about this pharmacy. All the staff have been overly friendly and go way out of their way to see that your needs are met. Thumbs up to all of you at Gull Point for your excellent customer service!

Always takes good care of my family

Gull Pointe pharmacy was there to help me out in an emergency when my pharmacy was closed and the kindness and help I received was above and beyond. I got my prescription and they brought me a bottle of water while I waited. I can’t say enough about how much appreciation I have for this pharmacy.

This is the only pharmacy we go to now. Free same day home delivery. Walgreens took 6 hours and 2 phone calls to fill existing script. Never Walgreens again for us.

Lowest price I have found in Kalamazoo some of my prescriptions here are half the price of Walgreen. The girls here are amazing they take care of all the medicare BS and keep a smile on there face.

I have been using Gull Pointe for about 9 years now and I would not even consider going to another Pharmacy. I can be in and out of there in 5 minutes with a brand new prescription that they have never fill for me before. Excellent customer service, 2nd to none

I love this place they know who I am n when I need to ask questions they help n the people that work there r so nice won't change pharmacies unless they go out of business

Very nice polite people. You don't have to wait in line forever. I drive from Mattawan to Kalamazoo for my prescriptions because of the great service.

The Best pharmacy I've ever gone to. Never had any problems...and the ppl who work there are super friendly & helpful. ((Unlike my experiences @ the local Walgreens and Walmart...))

Excellent customer service. Walgreen's quoted me $550 for my Rx. Gull Pointe found me a coupon and got it down to $75. Very happy.
