The UPS Store

Exceptional care with every service. Very helpful with sending packages and mail. All staff so friendly and nice. All my packages have arrived at their destinations much faster when I bring them here than to the post office. Added bonus is they are easy to get in and out as parking right out front. Disappointed corporate offices discontinued allowing them to sell cards for packages. Several times I needed a last minute card and I could easily pick one up here before mailing. Shame on corporate for discontinuing the wonderful service. Please put the card rack back.

Every time I come to this location, I am greeted by the friendliest, and most helpful team! Regardless of how busy they are (and it's always hopping!), every team member immediately greets me with a welcome and a smile, and helps me to get whatever it is I need to get done quickly and efficiently.

Yesterday, Aurora helped me get some paperwork printed, notarized, and scanned. She was so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond in every way. They make these tasks so much more pleasant, and I appreciate all of their hard work!

I’ve been a long time customer of this UPS store. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The location is easy to get to and I am usually in and out very quickly!

Staff is very friendly and packages were promptly sent. I have never had any issues when using UPS. All staff members have been helpful and talkative.

Busy, well staffed and organized store. Even with a steady stream of customers they were able to handle our print/laminate project with a smile and nobody had to wait very long. We were delighted with the results.

Went into the store 2 consecutive days for notary service, copies, faxing and shipping.
Upon entering the business was immediately greeted and helped. They were very busy both times I was there. They were knowledgeable, fast, professional and wore a smile on their face when greeting. Cannot say enough good things about this business.

I wasn’t quite comfortable sending out a package because I haven’t quite done it before but the workers at this store was so pleasant and helpful and walked me through everything without looking annoyed or anything. Absolutely loved the service and I would highly recommend this place

I have not been inside of this UPS store so I am not able to comment on that aspect. However these Marquette UPS drivers are absolutely amazing, they have always delivered on time with no excuses. I really really appreciate this and from now on will have to exclusively go through UPS, after the nightmare that is the Gwinn post office refusing to deliver very important mail.

My husband & I had to send out notarized paperwork by 5:45pm yesterday, after receiving it just a few hours earlier. Abby and Ava not only helped us print, notarize, ship, and scan these important documents quickly but juggled our needs with the many other customers who came into the location right before closing. They were kind, courteous, and went above and beyond in helping every single person who came through the door - all with a smile! I will absolutely be returning to this location for all of my printing & shipping needs.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Twice during past 6 weeks I was in need of Notary service and once needed to ship a package. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the store.

A store where you’re greeted with a smile from helpful and efficient staff. We have a mailbox at the UPS store, so we’re frequent customers. We’re amazed at how even during the busy holiday season, the UPS staff is able to effectively multitask in a positive and friendly manner. And they have a great supply of shipping products that have always met our needs. Wish there were more stores around that had an organized easy to access inventory of needed products, with staff who are friendly and seem glad to help in any way they can. Thanks UPS

Abbey, Ciara, Ava, Jack are THE BOMB . Never would I expect to leave a review for a shipping company- but! These guys deserve it! I come in with a mess of things more often than I’d like to admit and they are sweet, helpful, and patient every single time! I actually leave in a better mood than I came in, how is it possible, I don’t know!? Thank you guys!
