Fantastic experience with the SmartHome Solutions team. I was going to go with Best Buy until a friend referred me to SmatHome and I’m thankful she did. The price was competitive, staff is great and the install was superb.

Working with Jeff and his team at SmartHome has been absolutely outstanding. From the initial conversation about what I was trying to achieve with the sound system and TVs throughout our home to discussion about expanding wifi network, I have found them to be a valuable resource and partner on this project. They listened and provided feedback and various alternatives. Once settled on a plan, the techs and installation team were true Pros. Amy, who ran point from their offices, was also tremendous. They were all patient in terms of answering my questions and helpful in guiding me through the process and the user experience. I would recommend them highly. Quality products, quality work with quality people!

Absolutely top notch, from Jeff, the owner all to the techs to come to your home they are professional, courteous on time. A true pleasure to deal with, highly recommended for any of your Smart Home needs. The customer service goes on long after the job is complete. Any minor issues of had had been addressed promptly. We worked with SmartHome Solutions two years ago to install a comprehensive package of tech (switches, media, audio, lights, controllers, etc.) in our home and they do GREAT installation work - and their tech support is first-class.I wholeheartedly recommend SmartHome.

I purchased a home in 2021 that had been outfitted with the original Lutron RadioRA home automation system and had also been wired throughout for sound during a renovation in 2006. After closing, I discovered that both of these systems were obsolescent and inoperative. SmartHome came in and did a thorough upgrade and modernization of these systems and added smart thermostats as well. Their techs were knowledgeable, efficient and totally professional. I recommend them most highly.

The crew was extremely knowledgable and helpful at every stage in the process, from the initial consultation, to explaining their estimate, to the actual installation. They stayed after the installation to make sure everything was working and that I had the right apps/software uploaded to manage the new equipment they put in.

Smart Home took my home into the 21st Century. They came as scheduled and set up a very unobstructive WiFi, Apple TV Modum and cable modum- all out of sight! Best thing was the Sonos Bar which they put right below the TV wall mounted. This makes such a difference to our Sonos Sound. The best part is the ONE remote which makes everything easy.
