Walmart Supercenter

This is the best Walmart in Rockford. I use their grocery pick-up every week, and they always do an amazing job. My order has never been wrong or late. The employees are always incredibly polite and helpful. Their automotive department is awesome, too!

Took my car to Walmart auto to put 2 new tires I bought on my car and the mechanic or what ever you calm them crashed my car i..butvi will sayvi was mad and frustrated but my claims guy nickolas made it all disappear and took care of me a.s.a.p. the first time I talked to him
.ok I had a bad thing happen to my car but thank God for people like nickolas ,he took all my stress and panic and my anger away frome and said he was taking advantage of it a.s.a.p. it s people like Nick that will keep me😊as a😁customer and i
want to thank gim so much for relieving my stress anxiety and panic of how what when and where.
I will actually relax this evening and my trust in Walmart has been saved ..causei know it something we must go through so I know they do their best and with employees like Nick saving the day .is why I am a Walmart repeat xustomer

I come to this store often do I know where everything is. They recently did a lovely remodel but now I'm having a hard time finding things. The staff is more than happy to assist with thag though. Very friendly.

Walmart + member and we use it frequently. Just love it. Great FAST delivery service, love both my normal delivery people, they are great.

I bought my Spring plants for my garden at Walmart and I am so pleased with the tomatoes and green peppers that grew!!! We have SO many green peppers that will get us through winter. And the tomatoes have been so fresh & delicious. I honestly can't say enough good about the plants I bought from Walmart. From now on, I'll buy all my vegetable plants at Walmart. Thank you, Walmart!

I will say this store is oasis. It us no other stores around. Otherwise, one will drive to East side of Town.

It's as crowded and poorly stocked as it's sister locations in town. Clean, organized and the staff were polite and informative.

Walking into the store makes me feel better. I prefer the self-check and there's usually a line but it gets through quickly. Anyone who doesn't know what to do with themselves when standing in line, let me give you some advice. You will be amazed at how quickly the line goes if you take a moment to visit with your neighbors and say something nice to brighten someone's day. And when will you get a better chance? 🤔

Great big loud shout outs to Ms. Peggy and Ms Toni for being super kind, friendly, approachable, and professional during my last visit on tuesday 3/8/22. Both ladies just went out of their way to please me! I didn't really expect that kind of attention. Ms. Peggy ran and got me a cart and Ms. Toni was super helpful on the self checkout. Glad we met and in that brief moment in time I felt appreciated and valued. Thanks for the quick recipe! U ladies truly are an asset to this company!

Giving pick-up a 5 star rating! My wait is always less than 5 minutes, my order is always correct, substitutions are 99% spot on (orange Celestial Tea for vanilla carmel black tea?!?!) And the staff is always friendly.

Great service.I got 2 tires and a new battery and it didn't take long at all.I also purchased the warranty so now if I get a flat tire Walmart will replace my tire.

Decided to get a cake last minute for a maternity shoot and it turned out perfect :) super grateful to whomever in the bakery department made this!

I felt bad for the cashier. The customers were being rude because so few lanes were open. She did a wonderful job. I was on Checkout #11 at approximately 930am today, wish I would have caught her name, I see her often and she is excellent at her job.

Walmart has what we need, and we like how most Walmarts around the country are organized generally the same way. It feels familiar and helps us shop efficiently. We have a set of regular items we can generally count on finding at any Walmart. The staff are hard working, good people.
