I've been coming to this location since before It was owned by this group of guys. Back when it was watson automotive. When Watson was no longer in that location, I gave them a try, And I haven't had any regret since. They seem very honest and up Front about what's going on. and are willing to explain whenever I have a question. They seem to treat me with the respect that I give them. And that is always appreciated when doing business. I don't see myself going anywhere else for my car repairs any time in the future. They ways do a stand up job and when they Have made mistakes They are quick to assist in fixing the situation.

Roland and the team at 815 Automotive have been amazing to work with. As a single mom with no car knowledge I was leery about taking my son’s car to any shop for a complete engine replacement, thinking I would likely be taken advantage of. Not only did 815 Automotive replace the engine at a fair price, they earned my trust! When we thought the transmission went out in my son’s car we took it to Roland again. They determined it was not the transmission but a bad axle and seals, fixed the car and got us back up and running in a timely manner.
815 Automotive will always be the shop where I go confidently knowing they will make sure I’m taken care of honestly and fairly!!

I called to make an appointment to have our honda insight looked over because we are going on a road trip. They were very polite on the phone and in person. They looked over the car and found transmission fluid low and oil. So they took care of us and I was really happy when I left. We scheduled our F250 for some repairs to be done. 815 is our auto mechanic for now on. Never have I ever been in and talked to the mechanic's and was treated like a VIP. Thanks guys!

Granted it's not the best looking shop I've ever been in butt I judge my mechanic on his work not the building.Not only do these guys do amazing work at a reasonable price but they also warranty it. It's a rarity nowadays to find people to stand behind their work. This is the only shop I will use.

Had issues with our Jeep, quoted one of the dealerships on repairs and to even look at it they told me it would be about $400. So I picked up the phone called down to 815 automotive and these guys were a lifesaver. Got me in the next day and took care of my car within HOURS of dropping it off which for the repairs needed was a quick turn around. Took care of everything it needed and even told me what to look out for since it is a mid 2010’s vehicle. This week got a nail in that same Jeep, called the team down there at 815 told me to bring it in that day. Wife brought it in within the hour, they plugged the tire and rotated the tires, turned around handed my wife the keys and said “have a happy new year!”.. no charge. To say these guys put the customer first is an understatement. They go above and beyond and as long as they can do it I will be taking my vehicles there as long as I can. Thank you 815 and keep it up!

I called in the morning to see if they could get my alternator replaced the same day. They were very friendly and understanding. I did not tell them it was kind of an emergency, and they still rushed to accommodate. Everyone at the shop was really friendly and I am so grateful that - even without an appointment - we were able to get our car back the same day! 815 Automotive will definitely be my mechanic of choice, for any work I need in the future, as well.

Brought one of our vehicles in to have the alternator replaced. We called in the morning to see if there was any way they could complete it the same day, because it was really important for us to be able to use the vehicle the next day. They were understanding and very friendly. They got the complete repair done and the vehicle back to us the same day. I was so grateful that without an appointment - they were able to complete such a quick turnaround. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and I will be brining all my vehicles here, going forward!

Really glad that I took it here. Communication was key and they answered any questions I had. They know what they’re doing and I’m glad to support local. They fixed my car in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and I really felt more than another customer.

I want to give a huge shout out to 815 automotive. My AC went out. Large job to say the least. 1st place told me $2400 took it over to 815 and was told roughly about $1100. DEAL, 2 day job. Nick asked me more than once if I was sure I didn't have a warranty due to the car being more on the newer side. I kept explaining that Lou Bachrodt just told me a few months back that it was expired (that visit was $400) They couldn't believe it. So I gave them Permission to look at my paper work that was still in the car. After Roland taking over an hour on the phone checking in for me, Guess what was found. A WARRANTY! Only had to pay $250 out of pocket. With that being said these men already had my car, already had the job, already had the income coming in for it and still went out of there way just to help me. I am SO grateful and I will always recommend you guys. Thank you so much.

The best mechanic I have ever been to! Every single employee was respectful and explained the issue and thankfully, found the solution. Got me in right away, fair priced, extremely respectable service 😊 I would highly recommend!

Super attention to details, they were able to get me in and out in a timely fashion! They even ordered a part for me and I came in a day early to see if the part was received. I was able to have the part installed right away a day before guaranteed! Super friendly super nice very attentive! By the way I was just in town for a week from Virginia and found them by chance, able to do all my repairs from my long road trip quickly and efficiently.

Went here a little while back for an issue with our airbags, which ended up being a nonissue and no charge. Made another appointment to have our tailpipe welded which ended up taking less time than we thought and costing less than quoted. We were gonna have an issue with our engine fixed but they let us know given the condition of the engine and the cost of the repair that it wouldn't be worth it and that it would be better to save our money. These guys had 3 opportunities to take more money from us and chose not to because it wasn't in the customer's best interest so I more than trust these guys and plan on taking our cars here for all future repairs

Was recommended to 815 , and couldn’t be more pleased! I needed my truck leveled in front for new tires and rims and got me right in , honest and explained what was going from start to finish. Great staff. Price was on point and waited for job to get done and even the customers that came through were pleased and pretty cool ! Has dogs which I loved guarded the place with attention but will play with you in a fun fashion. Really like the overall experience great guys , nice shop and if you know dogs he was awesome! Would recommend! Done lol

The guys at 815 are amazing to say the least. I blew the timing chain on my 2012 captiva and they managed to get me in and out in about a week and didn't break my back on the price! The customer service they provide is phenomenal, constant phone calls to keep me in the loop on things and even a couple light hearted jokes to keep the blood pressure down. I cant thank the team there enough for everything they did. They took what would normally be a back breaking stressful situation and managed to keep it light and stop me from pulling my hair out. I know ill be using 815 for any and all my repairs in the future. Thank you again 815!

FIRST OFF SHANNON AND ROLAND ARE AMAZING FOLLOWED BY THE BRILLIANT TEAM THAT FIXED ON MY TRUCK.IT WASNT A EASY JOB IF YOU NO YOU NO THEY MADE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS 100 PERCENT FIXED BEFORE LETTING ME DRIVE IT.THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IVE PASSED AT LEAST THREE SHOPS JUST TO COME HERE AND IM GLAD I DID YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING THE TEAM EVERYONE TILL NEXT TIME

I took my car in for a CEL and they checked it out! They were able to do minor adjustment to see if that was reason They kept testing before giving car back and the CEL has not returned.. They were truly honest some places would have just change part for the money but they took a cost effective way and was just concern if it did return just to drop it off and they will get to it!! Very nice of them specially around Christmas and buying gifts they really were cool and my car is great and know if it does come back on they acknowledge and know for simple action and repair I will go to them always hard to find true good honest mechanics!! Always great service and pricing, always very happy with the work done. Knowledgeable but not jerks about it, highly suggest to women going alone for that reason, and they have a nice little sitting area with some little tank buddies to look at if you're staying while they work.

We brought our Toyota Highlander in to be evaluated on if we should fix it or get a new car. They took a look at my car and gave me a fair price to get it all fixed up and gave us so much peace of mind. The price was unbelievably affordable! We have definitely found a reliable place to service our vehicles, finally!
