Keith replaced the roof on my house last year, and was professional throughout. Price was reasonable, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the work was quality. Would definitely recommend!

Keith and his crew did an awesome job replacing our 23 year old roof. They were here when they said they would be, worked diligently, even on some of the hottest days, and cleaned up everything to satisfaction. They were also the best bid we had gotton. I feel like we got quality work for a great price.

Replaced 26 year old shingles in a day and a half. The workcrew of 4 did an excellent job; worked very well together; arrived on-time and were very receptive to any questions that I had and cleaned up all areas of our property. Keith promptly responded to my request for a quote and even extended the deadline a few weeks, at the same quoted price, while we were away on vacation. Total cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your roof repair.

Recieved a very high quote from a roofer to replace roof and skylights. Keith Kilker was thousands of $$$ less and used better materials. Cleaned up at the end of every work day. Job was PERFECT when finished. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his crew!!!

K Kilker Construction recently completed a roof replacement for me. Despite setbacks due to crew health issues, multiple thunderstorm systems and a horrendous heat wave, they kept me informed as to the delays and they went the extra mile to get the job done. They were on site, working at 5:30 AM for several days to get the job done before storm systems and heat made it impossible to work.

There were issues with rotted decking around a chimney on my roof. They took the time and materials to replace decking and install new flashing. There was an upcharge for the materials and labor, but it seemed reasonable and fair to me.

Yes, I would have preferred the job to be completed quicker. I'm sure they really did too. But under the adverse conditions, they did not take risks with the weather and made sure the job was done properly.

K. Kilker Construction did an outstanding job putting a new roof on our duplex in Freeport. He was there on the day he agreed, continually updated me on the progress and completed the project quickly. I now have a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Keith and crew worked through some very high temperatures and humidity. Keith was always early ( around 5 am.) to work and to get everything ready for his crew who came shortly after. He explained everything to us beforehand. Everything was new including ice & and water shields, edging and pipe boots. He even painted pipes and and our fireplace chimney to match our roofing. A couple evenings Keith came back after a long day because a late threat of rain and covered our roof with a tarp. His crew efficient and hard working.

We have several properties and always call K Kilker when we need a new roof. They do affordable quality work, show up when expected and every bit of debris is cleaned up when they leave. Have never had a problem with any roof they've done. Highly recommend, very professional all around.

I mistakenly put a 1 star review on Mr. Kilker's wesite. The issue with my roof, as it turned out, was not his company, it was another company by a similar name. KKilker roofing is a top notch roofer, as I read other reviews. I believe him to be an honorable man and a quality roofer. So don't hesitate to do business with him. I am extremely sorry for the previous post.

Keith goes by the book, honest, always strives to do everything the "right" way according to code. I would highly recommend them for any job!
