Gloria Jean's Coffees Chicago Ridge Mall

In general, I think Gloria Jean coffee is too sweet tasting, but I decided to give this location a try and I'm very glad I did. The breakfast food was DELICIOUS and the lady at the counter was so sweet!

Gloria Jean's at this mall is one of my favorite touches. I stop here every time, I visit this mall for years. Always left as happy customers with tasty coffee.
I also love their display of mugs.

Omg yes I know it's a coffee shop but you guys have to try the Pina colada 😩. It was soooooo good. I've had Pina colada's before, but this, this beat it all. Absolutely 10/10. Also try the pistachio chiller and oreo/mocha chiller. Really good!

Staff was super helpful and kind. I had never tried the coffee here before so I asked the cashier what their favorite drink was, they listed a million different drinks haha. I loved their bubbly personality, and enthusiasm. It looked like the staff really enjoyed working there and it makes me feel like it'll be the best coffee ever. I have a chocolate allergy, but that was definitely not a problem. I tried a pistachio with coffee base type of cooler? It was like a frappe type of consistency, since I'm not quite sure what it was called on their menu, but it was delicious.

The staff here are always so warm and nice. It makes for an enjoyable experience. My favorite chiller is the caramel coconut macadamia nut one. The menu has plenty of options, even for non-coffee drinkers. Their merch/mugs are always fun to look at.

Service is great coffee is much better than Starbucks and the pumpkin spice latte doesnt taste like candle

The employees are friendly and helpful. The London fog latte is delicious. Also, their pumpkin latte (seasonal) is way better tasting than Starbucks.

What is there not to love. They have a variety of coffees, variety of flavors along with tasty pastries. You may also find a coffee mug of your liking or tea set. Great place!

Great coffee. My 5 yr old always gets the chocolate cake when we go.

The absolute best place to go for coffee. Best customer service and unique flavors you never see at other places. Highly recommended!

Coffee was good, Workers were nice, even gave me extra carmel and chocolate drizzle for rezzel.

I remember doing an overnight shift at work and I remember that their manager was awesome enough to let us get some coffee from them at 5am! If that's not great dedication, i don't know what is.

Always yummy coffee drinks. Large choice of flavors. Staff is very friendly.

Great and fast service with a smile. Always made sure I knew where everything was and if I needed any help. Place is very clean!
