I order from the North Main Street store nearly every weekend and have never been disappointed. In fact, the deliveries are always on time or a little early. The drivers are always personable and the orders hot, no matter what the weather conditions are.

9 out of 10 people that order from this pizza hut are on welfare. And are used to getting something for nothing. And they are the reason for most complaints. Its easy to see everyone here cares about the customers because they know how it feels to get screwed. And if you call with complaints and are not an ignorant person you will be taken care of. Usually to a surprising level. I have personally called with concerns about my order and then have been given way more than i feel i deserved, and was simply told its because " you were not ignorant". Then I was thanked and given a credit worth more than my initial order.

Delivery driver was so friendly and polite! Pizza was delivered quickly and was still hot and exactly as we ordered it. And it wasn't sloppy or messy like other places I've ordered from.

Everything was just as I suspected. If I was to complain about anything, it would be the fact that the triple box deal would not allow me to change the types of crust. I had your Mexican Pizza as part of that order, first time on a pan crust; It is much better w/your thin crust.

My order was hot and ready when I arrived as scheduled. It had a good amount of toppings (cheese & meat) that is often lacking on other pizza chains pizzas.

I always use the same Pizza Hut. They are always nice and have my order ready when I arrive. I almost always order online and have never had an issue with a wrong pizza or anything like that.

Pizza hut uses only fresh ingredients on their pizzas. They also have the best fries I have ever eaten from a fast food place.

On God Pizza Hut came in clutch after Domino’s on 2922 Main St, Rockford, IL 61103 decided to scam me from a pizza and my money! You should come over to Pizza Hut to order your food PERIOD. Best Pizza too ngl. Also shoutout to my pizza delivery man LORENZO! He has the best customer service ever! Y’all definitely need to ask him to be your delivery Man for your order.
