I'm so happy with my Bronco buying experience with Brad Flanders. I was in the market for a New Bronco and contacted Brad. The Bronco Heritage had caught my eye but they were limited availability. Brad went above and beyond to find me what I wanted, and did it in a very timely manner. I was torn between a Cactus Gray & Race Red! Loved both colors but thought the Red was too flashy!! We already knew which truck we wanted, so choosing was easy. We had a short conversation with the sales manager about price. There wasn't any pressure, just a polite conversation about the numbers. We found a number we could agree on and the paperwork began. If you go in with realistic expectations, you'll have a good experience. The whole process takes a couple of hours, so be prepared for that. We're very happy with the truck and will return when the time comes for the next vehicle.

Dave is a very good salesman and he treats you like a friend from start to finish and they have very efficient upper management that makes your deal quickly and very fair. Shannon in service was great! Had a decent amount of repairs that needed to be done, he finshed quickly and the price was great! Much quicker and more affordale than other ford shops I have taken my car to. Have already spoken to them about further repairs, definitely going back!

I bought my truck from Steve Faulkner Automotive two years ago and have been taking her back there for every thing. From oil changes, to new tires, to lovely truck accessories… and to that one time she needed new spark plugs.. the staff and their service has been nothing less than AWESOME.

My car was serviced fast and efficiently. They were very nice and not only did they service my car for all 3 recalls they also let me know I would need a new battery soon. For any and all car services I recommend them highly. I will only be using them from now on when my car needs anything done especially because of the fast service and that they communicate clearly.

Faulkner is always super friendly and helpful! My salesman Jacob Finney went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle and even though we didn't buy we will be back when it is time for us to buy a car! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered and replaced tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Said they could get and install on the day after I called and did what they said. Very Satisfied

Took my Dodge Ram because of a starting issue and to have the oil changed. The problem was not found but the mechanics did do everything they could to find the problem. Service and the people there answered all my questions and tried to solve the problem.

Faulkner Chevrolet/Chrysler handled my emissions update/recall and were very professional and it gave me time to visit the deli across the street in the IGA. They were done and had me on my way in a professional amount of time, I would recommend their Service Department without hesitation!

I liked the fact that they have pick up and delivery for service work. Price was good for oil change and tire rotation. Will keep going to them.
