Great service and my insurance covered the product I needed.

Rented a knee scooter and I took it back in for them to tighten up the brakes. Then the next day I was riding it and the handle bars came completely off. My sister takes it back in for me to trade it in. Ok not problem except they said it was out of their control that the handle bars came off. They are rentals they can't help what happens to their products. They gave my sister another one. She brings it to me and the damn wheel is falling off. I tried to tighten it up and it won't tighten. I don't recommend renting from them when it comes to a knee scooter
