I used worked at the Fairfield Store for 5 years I know the ins and outs of it very well I left because of the manager I had at the time didn't appreciate everything me and my other dt. I said I would never go back and honestly after meeting Tara and talking to her I wouldn't mind working there again. She was very nice is good at customer service from what I seen and heard while I filled out a rental order form. I planned on just taking back whatever computer I got because i just wanted to test some out. However she found me a really good one and now I don't plan on returning. I was the computer person when i worked there but she knows her stuff I was going to give this a 4 stars from personal reasons between me and the manager before her however I'm going to give this a 5 star review because Tara impressed me and I think she will be a damn good asset to that store. She is a much better than the guy that was before her because he couldn't even sell anything to me and Tara was able to that saying something. Good things will come from her out of that store and I will now be a customer instead of a worker.

Our delivery tech Holden and Chris did a very very nice they came in and put our couch together and made sure we didn't need anything else. And if we did needed anything they said don't hesitate to call.

The product awesome and friendly service and very helpful. Love rent one! I just purchased the best washer and dryer ever! It's high tech perfect and at an affordable rate. The store was out of in store stock on the item, that's when Randy ordered me one as a surprise without me asking him. How cool was that! Im happier than ever with their customer service all year this past year and now. They are awesome and understand how important and helpful a lease agreement for top quality products are to people who need them.

I went in only planning to purchase a washer and dryer. I ended up leaving with the washer and dryer and a 55 in tv and a sectional. David and Danny were absolutely amazing. My only issue was the sectional I picked out was very nasty. It had stains and left over food and dried food on it. I showed David and he seemed very upset and apologized to me over and over again. He got it cleaned up and it looked brand new! I also went in with my 2 year old daughter and David and Danny gave her just as much attention as they did me. Very well mannered men and are great at their job. Only suggestion would be to clean the merchandise before putting it on the floor. Love my stuff!!!! Thanks David and Danny!!

Delivery was exactly on time . The two men were extremely polite and careful about everything. I had a gate that they had to lift fridge over. They never once grunted or complained. Will definitely use them again!!

I'm proud to say I've been a customer of Rent One in Fairfield Illinois for over 15 years their the best and have always treated me like family, especially the main manager "Dave Waldrop" he will and does go above and beyond to get what your looking for, if they don't have it at his store, here in Fairfield he will do his best to ask around at rent one stores,for example I called him up on a Wednesday afternoon and asked him if he had a chest size deep freeze, I was in need of one desperately....within 20 minutes he had called me back and said he didn't have one but he had found me one, and even said he was going there the next morning to pick it up!!; It was delivered to me Friday morning how awesome is that I will never Rent or buy any appliance or furniture from anyone or anywhere else but Rent One stores,Their the Best!!! They deserve 10 stars

I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. The men at rent one Ib Fairfield were very detailed orientated when explaining to me how my payment was due and how the insurance worked. I am very satisfied with my rental transaction today. I would recommend rent one to anyibe

My husband and I have several items from the Fairfield, Il store. We cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Randy, as well as the delivery techs. Very friendly yet professional. Extremely helpful . Very knowledgeable about the products they carry and payment options. This store is absolutely worth taking a look at; something for everyone! A truly wonderful renting/buying experience!

Once again a stellar experience with the Fairfield Rent One. Shawn was very helpful and was able to give us the furniture we needed at a payment we could manage! Delivery techs Ryan and Ben were very professional and friendly and took great care in both removing the old furniture and replacing it with the new. Still highly recommend this store!

They staff is very friendly! They explain everything very well and work with you on anything you may need! The delivery is always on time or earlier. They even hook up everything for you! Highly recommend Fairfield Rent One
