Sludge Busters plumbing and septic tank service

I had a toilet back up shortly after purchasing a home in the Madison area. Sludge Busters came out within 24 hrs of my call, checked my plumbing, and determined the “root” cause of the issue: the septic line and tank had roots clogging the drain path. They promptly replaced the tank and my main line and had us back in working order quickly. I have no reference point for pricing, so I cannot speak to the value, but it seemed reasonable for the work done. I would recommend them for any septic issues.

The guys came to fix a drain/spectic problem. The did a great job fixing the issue. They even offered to come back on Saturday to help with a few more things. They were quick to find the problem and professional with their work. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We found our fridge ice maker line was leaking bc it was that old copper mess. We needed a valve installed to be able to shut it off in case of any future leak as well. Chris got it installed and stopped it from leaking. He even stayed late so that we could get our water up and running. Chris was very responsive, very professional, cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend this business and we look forward to using them for future plumbing and septic needs. Thank you so much for coming out and taking care of our issues.

They came out right away and identified an issue that required a large repair to the drain on the shower out to the new septic tank. They offered a fair price and did excellent work to remedy the issue and even came back to check on everything. Highly recommend!

Having to call a plumber is never a good time but I am so happy with the service we received from these guys. We needed our septic tank cleaned and they were quick to do it for us. We called early afternoon and they were here just a couple hours later. Didn't take long at all and provided great customer service on the phone and while here in person. The prices are the best around. Will use sludge busters going forward with any plumbing issues. They were so great. Our lid was busted and they came to replace it. Once digging it up we noticed the other one was busted too. Thankfully they had another one on the truck and replaced it too. Great service. Highly recommend

Had them come out few days ago, Outstanding service,Very Professional, And reasonable on prices. Now that I've used them, I would never use anyone else. He had to come at night, so he brought his wife with him to help with the tools, Very sweet lady, him and her both are two of the nicest people I've ever met. Sludge Busters was called by my landlord on a Friday to come check on a backed-up sewer line at my house. They checked on it the same day, and came back Saturday night to make sure it was clear and working. Customer service and responsiveness is top notch, and their work is high quality.

They did a wonderful job finding & repairing the sewage leak under my house. Also removing my old kitchen sink & installing my new one! Really nice guys!
