Clean, quiet, not too crowded. They have machines the other gym doesn't

This is a “newer” gym that I don't think was around when I was stationed at Redstone Arsenal. The staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi was good and supported streaming services.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. Best on post. Hidden like a Bond villain’s lair in the forest. Machines are well-maintained.

Don’t tell anyone about this place. It’s our little secret.

Love this little gem on post. Super clean, quiet, (no loud music or people throwing down weights), and has enough cardio, free weights, and machines to get a full workout in. There’s also a nice little walking/jogging path outside (paved).

Awesome gym. Has everything you need for a good workout. I go off hours so never packed.

I go here a lot has everything you want in a gym. Even very clean showers.

That is a clean gym with a leg/hip machine that the bigger gym on post do not have
