All star plumbing fulfilled the warranty request on my new home. Clarissa, the tech who came, did a great job. She listened well, knew right where to look, and solved our problem quickly. It was so hot outside and in the garage, but she made it seem like "no big deal".

All Star did my plumbing for my new construction house. The builder chose them as the company but they have always been timely and my house build was not delayed due to plumbing like some neighbors experienced with other plumbers. Due to Covid my bronze fixtures were backordered, so they installed what they had so I could close. Today, they came back out and changed out all the incorrect fixtures to bronze. They have been an absolutely pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. Big shout out to Nicole and Colby for always being professional and prompt!

Fast response and quick work. They also will refer you to leak detection specialists if they can’t find it first time…and then return quickly to repair.

Called AllStar Plumbers around 3:00 pm and they were able to see me the next day since it was a non-emergency. Called 30 minutes prior as they informed me they would and then proceeded to provide excellent service. I would definitely call again. I hope that I don't have to, but IF I have to, I will!

These guys are awesome. We've had them out a couple of times over the years for our hot water heater. They're always friendly, professional, and do an excellent job, answering any of my million questions. The office staff is top notch and always gets back to me quickly. Highly recommend

I would like to thank the 2 Employees here that stopped and helped me and my Mother this morning when we had a flat. Not only did they change the tire but bought a new one for us we'll. I never got their names but remember their shirts. It has been very difficult for us both lately so if not for these 2 gentleman we would have had no way to get it fixed. You'll never know what a blessing you guys were. We have plumbing issues and with the character of this companies employee's we certainly know where we will go.

I had service at my home today from your service technician. He also serviced my home in December. I do not remember his name. Every time he comes to
my home he is professional and courteous. Also both times based on the service required All Star had provided same day service. I wanted to say - Thank you and thank you to Nicole as well.

They came out at the drop of a hat’s notice and repaired my leaky pipe for an affordable price. And their customer service team is awesome!

We had a leak in our wall and called Allstar who responded the next day. The plumber was professional, courteous and repaired our issue quickly. He additionally explained what had caused the issue and cleaned up the area when he was complete. Outstanding service and will use again if we ever require plumbing work!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Great ownership and leadership, which leads to great employees who do great work. I appreciate these guys and the work they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.

We've used All-Star since we moved to Huntsville 5 years ago. They have done SEVERAL jobs here including working on our old home and plumbing a significant expansion. Let me just say that they've had to fix so many different issues, he knows my whole family and even my dog's name. (you just can't make that stuff up)
They are always professional, experienced, CLEAN and get this... the last bill I got made my wife and I go WOW in a good way. They must have discounted our bill due to a series of events beyond their control, which is why I took the moment to write this review.
I totally trust these guys to diagnose and repair any plumbing problem with the customer's interests in mind.

The service guys cody and grayson were very knowledgeable and patient. They explained the different processes they were goin to use and their prices were very reasonable. I will use them again. Im going to save theie number for any future issues..

They did a great job, they were fast getting out, and took care of the problem for less than the estimate they gave me originally. I will definitely use them again!
