I can’t say enough wonderful things about Madison Dental Care! From the moment you walk in, the front staff, especially Shyane, makes you feel right at home. Her warmth and professionalism set the tone for a truly exceptional experience.

Brittany is another gem at this office. She’s incredibly patient, kind, and nurturing, which is especially comforting if you’re someone who gets nervous in the dental chair. Her approach puts you at ease, and you can really tell she cares about your comfort and well-being.

As for the doctors, they are absolutely fantastic! They not only provide top-notch care but also ensure that you are 100% informed about every step of your dental journey. I’ve been to other dental offices in the past, but I have never received the level of care and attention that I do here. For top-notch customer service and patient satisfaction in an office, Madison Family Dentist Care is the ultimate choice. I recently relocated and was loyal to my former dentist for 17 years, even driving three hours for appointments. However, when scheduling a quick visit for my husband, I stumbled upon this gem. Cheyenne, the receptionist, impressed me with her professionalism, leading me to give them a chance. As a stickler for dental hygiene, I was anxious, but Ms. Brittni, my hygienist, surpassed all expectations with her thorough and patient care. Despite my long-standing loyalty elsewhere, I've decided to stick with Mrs. Brittni moving forward. The office ambiance is also soothing, making it easy to forget I'm at the dentist's office. 10/10, highly recommended!

Madison dental is an exceptional facility. I have been going there for at least 10 years and the entire staff is phenomenal! Everyone from the office to the physicians are very knowledgeable, courteous, and always greets with a smile. Ive learned a great deal about takung care of my teeth. Im a new patient in madison dental care and my experience was awesome , the receptionist bailey she is very nice and accommodating and my hygienist Brittney she is great she did a god job cleaning my teeth very thorough and gentle 5 star im happy that i choose this clinic . I've been a patient of this office for over 10 years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the professionalism, communication, and services. All hygienists I've had do an excellent job with meticulous cleaning, and I truly feel comfortable during my visit. Recently I've had Brit (or Britney?) as a hygienist and have ENJOYED my dental appointments! If you're looking for a friendly place with quality service, don't hesitate to reach out to them!

Conveniently located on Palmer road and tucked in behind the gas station is a gem of a dental service. I had zero wait time and the people were all very friendly and using the latest technology. Very clean and spacious lobby with free water and coffee. They are very quick and explained everything clearly.

Chelsea performed diligently at cleaning and communicating. Great facility. I liked the smooth 90’s music in the background. Dr. Burgess actively investigated my most major concerns and gave great recommendations for my needs. My home for oral care will reside here.

I have been a patient for over 3 years and have ALWAYS BE PLEASE. The staff has been great, friendly and professional with everyone. I have no regrets choosing Madison Dental for my dental work !!!!

I am very happy with the whole atmosphere within this service. The staff, and Dr. Roth are the friendliest and most personable people I have met. The front office staff is so efficient, knowledgeable, and actively listen to the patients. Knowing that Dr. Roth gained experience and wisdom from her father's dentistry, and along with her background made me feel comfortable. The waiting room, office, and dental area are spotless, pleasant, and very clean too. I am truly amazed by Madison Dental personnel, and the service. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. I couldn't recommend this place more. Dr. Burgess and his staff are the friendliest people in dentistry, and will gladly help calm your nerves. They are all gentle and caring, and Dr Burgess's work is fantastic. They will accommodate your needs, and listen to what you have to say. They keep me extra numb and calm. I've had 3 crowns and 4 fillings from them and don't have a single complaint.

I had a wonderful experience here at Madison Dental Care. I had an appointment for myself and my two older kids. My husband wasn't able to be there to hold our 3 month old baby for me. I thought I would have to reschedule my appointment, but Emily from reception held her while I got x-rays and a cleaning! She walked the halls with her, and by the time I left, my teeth were spotless, and my baby was sound asleep. A big thank you to Emily, Casey, Staci, Chelsea and of course, Dr. Roth!

Autumn is the most Fantastic and Personal dental assistant I have ever had! She has made me feel at ease and comfortable getting extensive dental work! I no longer have a fear of dental work!!! Thanks to Autumn.

Awesome Dentist and crew....the best anywhere. I loved meeting a fabulous travelling hygienist.....there to give staff vacation time....and it showed me just how much the staff is loved and appreciated. I've never had better dental care. The staff is courteous and professional; the mood in the office seems cheerful and upbeat. You can tell the employees enjoy their jobs! I have only awesome things to say about this office from checking in, waiting only a few minutes in the lobby(sometimes they get you before you sit down), sitting in the chair with the hygienist/dental assistant, seeing the dentist and checking back out!!! From day one there has always been smiles, positive vibes and caring hearts. They calm my nerves so quickly whenever I have to have work done. I have been coming to this office for a couple of years now and I can definitely say this is a place that you walk in and everybody knows your name! The staff and technicians are all friendly and personable. Scheduling is very flexible and accommodating. The staff really goes above and beyond to help me with all my dental needs, whether it be looking for referrals for braces or getting new impressions for retainers down to Invisalign. I love this office and everyone is very easy to work with. I enjoy every cleaning, x-ray and fluoride treatment!

I’ve been to many a dentist in my lifetime but this one has to be my favorite. The employees here are thorough, consistent, and very nice and human like. You know how some workers have to put on an act to be nice to customers? You don’t notice it here because they don’t have to that. The workers here are genuine and that is my favorite part about this place among many great things like clean bathrooms, comfortable spaces, and very good referrals to other great doctors.
