I get to visit gyms around the country occasionally and this one was a fantastic experience. You can always measure the quality of coaching by the smiles on members faces and their welcoming atmosphere. CrossFit Impulse was outstanding.

I Love this gym. it is rare that you walk into a box and immediately feel like family. The coaches and members of Crossfit Impulse do a great job of making anyone feel welcome and excited about coming to the gym to get some fitness in! This is one of my favorite places to drop in at.

CrossFit Impulse is one of the best gyms I have ever had the privilege to train at. Facility and equipment are exceptionally clean. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and deeply invested in improving the lives and fitness of their members. I also love that they offer classes on Saturday/Sunday so you have plenty of opportunities to get a great workout in if you can’t make it during the week!

I love this place! Why: Great coaches that truly care, multiple daily options to catch a training session (WOD), great people,military discount, couple discount (signing up with someone else), social events....I could keep going.

After years of endurance racing and isometric training I ended up with major muscle imbalance and mobility issues. At 38, I’d get out of bed in the morning with a bum knee, shoulder, and hip. I started CrossFit as a last resort and it was the best decision of my life. At 41 I’m pain free and still making PRs.

I’ve been to several CrossFit gyms and CrossFit Impulse is my home gym because the coaching staff and community is so knowledgeable and supportive. Everyone really wants you to meet your personal fitness goals no matter your fitness level.

I was in Huntsville for a week and dropped in and was welcomed by everyone. The coaches Billy and Steve were the two I spoke to most and they were awesome...10/10 would recommend if y’all are looking for a new gym or somewhere to drop in!!!

I love this place, it has become my home away from home. The trainers are serious about you meeting goals and getting the movements right..The work outs are varied and scaled so anyone at ANY fitness level can get started working towards their goal day 1. I never get bored because the work out is different everyday.. Im learning skills I have always wanted to accomplish, and even ones I didnt know existed...from the pull up and pistol to the handstand walk..Give it a try and you will be amazed at where you will be and the skills you will gain over the next 6 months!

Awesome place to workout. If you haven't done CrossFit before, and are looking to try it, CrossFit Impulse is a great place to go. The trainers and fellow athletes are great people and make you feel like family from day 1.

Great place to train. Coaches on site are spot on for motivational encouragement to include technique guidance throughout your training. Can’t wait to come back and visit.
