My favorite Mexican food truck...hands down! The food is amazing. The service is great. The location isn't too far from my home. Prices are reasonable and everything is always really fresh. I highly recommend.

Best, most authentic Mexican cuisine you can find. You can go here or the small stand on 72 in Madison. Both are the same level. NO eating indoors. Theres a few picnic tables outside if you wish. Always good

Great taco truck that is becoming a regular stop for me when I'm in the mood for Mexican food. Perks include Mexican Coke, a convenient location, and a menu filled with delicious foods. My default is the asada burrito, but I've begun trying other items on their menu and nothing has been a disappointment. This is sure to be a frequent stop for me well into the future.

Update: still a great venue and a regular stop on the way home.

Reforzado plate. Steak and chicken Milanese. Always excellent to outstanding. Green and red sauces. Honest great food. No fast food here. Timely enough service. Mexican fresh made beverages. Fair prices. Taste, quantity and quality.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I can't wait to order food from this truck. Always hot, fresh, and GOOD!!! I had the steak burrito. It's so good. I get mine without beans. I ate half of it before I remembered I wanted to take a picture. :-)

They used to be behind the gas station. I have literally dreamed of these tacos and would kill to have those pickled carrots they serve again.

100% the best tacos I've ever had. Every time I go to the Huntsville area, I make it my mission to get them at least once.
Everything else is good too, from what I've had, but the tacos are to die for. Definitely do not pass these up.

I've been eating at El Cazador since 2008. I love the restaurant on south parkway, but I live in Madison. I'm so happy this place is 5 minutes from my house. I eat here too many times a week. Everything is fresh!!!

From south texas, born and raised. These guys are about as close as i can get to back home tasting food around here and ive tried just about everywhere. My go to spot for my asada tacos..corn and/or flour.... cant beat their flavor

I love their tortas. Tacos and burritos are good too. They have these pickled onions, carrots, and peppers on the side that put it over the edge. My only complaint is that they are now a quarter mile further away than they used to be.

Authentic tacos are here including lengua, tripe, cabesa and birria! Also decent elote in a cup. Great food truck for those looking for the real thing.

After moving to Huntsville from growing up and living in AZ, CA, NV, NM, and trying the so called "best mexican food joints in town...El Cazador even as a taco truck, has them allllllll beat in authenticity. I mean what self respecting Mexican food place uses ground beef in their beef dishes instead of shredded?
