Jack's

We came to this Jack's after leaving the one on Hwy 31. The difference was crazy. Jacks on 31 needs to take notes! I spoke with manager Steve at this Jacks and let him know we loved our experience here vs the other Jack's. He and his team were working wonderfully together. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and we will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us such a good experience so we didn't give up on Jack's completely!

Stephanie is the most friendliest, kind, caring and happy customer service representative. Her customer service is 100% the best. I enjoy seeing her when I stop for iced tea. God Bless her. She keeps me coming back!

Jacks on 72W and Lucas Ferry needs to take lessons from Jacks on 72 E.

50$ fed family of 5. The food was hot. The cashier was super nice and patient! We did have to send back pancakes butttt the fresh ones we got in replacement was AMAZING!

Love their fries. I always order mine cook to order and ask them to cook longer so they're crunchy!

For me it is customer service. On that visit after a visit at Encore for Rehab, we needed comfort food. We got hot food but again the customer service was excellent.

Great Jack's restaurant. Food is good the people are sweet and its just a nice place to go wit the family. Also in the cold they have a great roaring fireplace.

Let me be very VERY clear, the five stars are for the AWESOME lady working up front, Gracie, and NOT for the establishment itself. She was expertly handling an extremely busy lunch rush and that's a lot in a fast food place. She had all the southern hospitality and charm that you'd expect from a mom and pops diner server. She maintained a calm and kind attitude the entire time I observed her working.
Now, on the flip side, the rest of the staff seemed wholely unwelcoming and curt with their interactions with each other and with guests. The manager who was on duty at the time(I was unable to catch his name) was extremely rude and I observed him yelling not only at Gracie, even tho she asked him a very reasonable question, but also other employees. I admire her and the other employees so much for not smacking him or walking out during such treatment.
Thank you Gracie for everything and for your awesome customer service and attitude!

Stopped in jacks today and I would like to say zack/Zach/Zac however you spell his name at the front counter deserves a raise , upstanding customer service, very polite , professional and friendly! I hadn’t been to this location in a while due to bad service & gave it a try again today and I’m glad I did !!! Thank you for all the hard work young man!!! We will definitely be back and y’all have my business again & thank you to his fellow kitchen workers making the delicious food ! Y’all are awesome!

The new chicken nuggets and Mac cheese is delicious. The combo and large sweet tea for under 7.00. It’s a miracle! Their service and speed of service has really improved and the place was very clean. They had plenty of help and all were very pleasant. One of the ladies was playing bingo with some of the customers. Way to go Jacks

I wanted to leave a special review about Mrs Stepanie in the drive thru. We come through once a week and she just has the absolute best attitude and customer service. Even when they are short handed and things are crazy, she never let's thst effect her attitude or how she treats her customers. She us just a jewel.

Stephanie is always such a positive and happy person who truly makes my day better when I hear her voice at drive thru. The food is good but the people make everything better.

Very clean and good was hot and tasted wonderful. Fries chicken on the bone is the best!!

For fast food. Jack's just can't be beat. The food id delicious. Does not taste like fast food. And they have the best fries I have ever had.

Just left the drive through and was greeted with the most welcome voice. She was so professional and nice, thanked me and everyrhing. Less than a minute later a manager was asking me how i was doing today and handing me my food. Great customer service guys! My biscuit was delicious as always!

Me and my husband ate at the Jack's on 72 in Athens. The worker's were do polite, respectful, and very quick! It seemed like we waited no time and our food was ready! On top of the employees being so awesome so was the food! Amazing experience at this Jack's!

I have never had a problem with this location. The ambience is great. Great attitudes from employees.

OMG I love love love love Jack's have been gone for a while haven't been able to eat Jack's because it's a southern thing. I ate breakfast there and it was 100% awesome I ate dinner there and it was definitely awesome!!! My goodness how I have missed the flavor of Jack's burgers and the deliciousness of their breakfast and dinners I am definitely a Jack:s they are 💯 Southern and they are 100% wonderful courteous staff very helpful this is the Jacks n Graysville y'all on highway 78!!!

People were great. Food was good. Out side place needs a good cleaning.
