The best experience with a dentist office I've ever had. I am so glad I found this clinic! I'm usually a nervous wreck when going to dental appointments but the entire staff at SEC Dentistry in Athens quickly put me at ease. I felt welcomed since the moment I walked in the front door. The front officer manager was wonderful (sorry, I forgot her name), Lindsey the Hygienist was absolutely wonderful! The best Hygienist I've ever met. The Dr was wonderful and explained everything in a way I could understand. I am so happy I found this dentist office! I can finally stop being scared and procrastinating my dental appointments :)

This is the most awesome dentist office I have ever been to. I highly recommend them! I had all my top teeth pulled and Immediate dentures put in. I had a huge fear of dentists and hadn't even seen one in 22 years so my mouth was a mess. But from the first phone to my last appointment I felt like I was going to meet friends.....not a dentist office. I am so pleased with my dentures.....they have been extremely accommodating, my dentist fear is gone, as long as I can go to their office in Athens. I was recommended by someone that was extremely pleased as well with their Madison office. So, if you need dental work......and whether you fear the dentist or not......please go see these folks. I promise you will be very happy! Thanks Athens Complete Dental....y'all all are my heroes!

By far, the best experience I've had at a dentist..!! I woke up with a horrible toothache this morning and even though I was a new patient they got me in first thing. There was almost no wait time between checking in a taking me to the back. Dr. Ashley Nemec and her staff were very attentive to me making sure I had the least amount of pain possible for the procedure (molar extraction) I was having. I will DEFINITELY return for any other dental needs.

I Have been a patient here since early 2013. Left an establishment that refused to take care of my emergency needs due to the holidays. I walked into this office with a fillingthat had fallen out, and in need of a root canal. I was taken in amd treated as if i had been a lifelimg patient and never looked back to the other place. Dr. Lamont is THE BEST of the best. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, concerned with your comfort and is willing accommodate in any way she can. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Athens office, they are very qualified group of dental professionals who provide the utmost care and do so in a professional manner. I actually look forward to going to the dentist - now THAT is saying something!

I had an emergency issue on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend and this was the only dentist that was open, willing to accept a new patient, and actually answered the phone. Complete Dental Athens was over an hours drive for me.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating on the phone and on arrival. Dr. Ashley Nemec was excellent!!!! She was able to temporarily fix my emergency issue. She was very thorough when explaining the steps in the process and very capable of answering all of my questions.
On my follow up visit the following week Dr. Nemec and her terrific tech (unfortunately, I can not remember her name) went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. They were considerate, patient, and extremely thorough (which was much appreciated).
I was so extremely impressed with Dr. Nemec and all of Complete Dental's staff. I have no problems driving the hour to receive their excellent care.

Dr Vaughan is an amazing dentist!! I could ask for better treatment. He took the time to explain the procedure and made sure he answered my questions. He took out my wisdom tooth and I had no issues at all. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone at SEC is not only very efficient & knowledgeable in their profession but they go above and beyond with their customer service! Dr. Green is very kind and gentle.

Dr. Vaughn is awesome...super friendly and skilled. No issues with him at all. My issue is with the management. I was quoted a price for a crown over the phone which they did not honor at time of service. Then, I was quoted a price for a root canal which they also would not honor when I went to have it done. I was made to feel as though I was lying about what prices I was quoted. I ended up leaving without the root canal and will not return.

Terrible service. I visited this location for a couple different service and had no problems. UNTIL I receive a bill for something UNKNOWN. No one has been able to EXPLAIN the charge or RETURN my calls for MONTHS. Then, I called my insurance company but they can’t see what this charge is or why I’m getting charged. So long story short, be prepared for a REAL bill with imaginary charges that no one can explain.
