Best Care Auto Sales

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from a man by the name Adrian. This vehicle os a 2003 Acura MDX. It came with 3rd seating, leather interior and honestly that is all that was good about the vehicle. Unfortunately this company will get a bad review thanks to Mr. Adrian and probably won't exist after our lawyers are done with thjs case. Mr. Adrian sold us our vehicle under false pretenses. My husband and i were looking for a vehicle because our car was totaled after my husband was t-boned by another car that ran the stoplight. So it put us in a position to find something quick and because our car was paid off we wanted something we could pay outright. We had searched high and low and were pretty unsuccessful and came upon Mr. Adrian who was selling his vehicle in front of a local thrift/consignment store (Already a red flag). So my husband saw the vehicle and checked it out to see what it was about. The initial asking price for the vehicle was $4,995. All of a sudden appears Mr. Adrian out of the darkness and talks yo mu husband about the vehicle. I need to mention that we have two young boys and this is the major reason for the need to have a pretty large sized vehicle. So i was not inity impressed but my husband asked me to take a look at the vehicle and Mr. Adrian approached me with the vehicle keys and I was able to tak a look inside and there were a few minors cracks and it seemed to drive well. So my major thought was to ask for the carfax but i asked him what was he selling the car for he answered saying that it was his wife's car and he bought her a new one and just wanted to get rid of it for her. My husband inspected the outside of the vehicle and we looked at the engine but neither my husband or I know too much about engines and what to look for. He assured it was good and my husband had $3000 in cash which is all we wer looking to spend. We came down in price from $4,995 to $4,500, then $4,300. My husband and i drove to the bank and he followed us so my husband could get the rest. We did the intial trade of information and then this when things got fishy. My husband and i were told it was his wife's vehicle but the title showed a the name of Best Care Auto Sales and thay it was received on February 3, 2017 and we bought the vehicle on the 24th of February 2017. This man had no time with this vehicle at all. So the air did not work in the back and we immediately let Mr. Adrian know the same hour within purchasing the vehicle. He told us that he didn't know anything about the air not working. We told him we wanted money back to get that fixed and he gave us $200 back at this point my husband and i informed him we would get an inspection done on the vehicle to make sure all is well at this point. He complained and said that it was an incovenience on him and that we were asking for too much in this process. Needless to say when we got an inspection done we found the transmission was busted and needed to to get rebuilt. It was going to cost $3,200 to get it fixed. So we informed him within the required time to return a vehicle which is 5 days. We did our homework and he hated that. He realized we found that he lied and when we informed him that we wanted our money back he played like he was going to give us our money back all day and when my husband called he literally told my husband we were making it dofficult for him. How difficult was it to give us our money back and you get your vehicle back and we go about our way. And you could manipulate whoever else you want to after that. But things got worse. He stopped answering our calls that night we were supposed to do the trade and he literally came to our home and dropped off the bill of sale. He text my husband and said the bill of sale is outside your door. I was floored. It was extremely disrespectful for him to show up to our place of dwelling and unannounced knowing that we wanted to trade the car. I mean so horrible. At this point i realized the wife's car was not true and just a scam story to get us to buy this car without asking for too much information.
