Johnson and Hayes Physical Therapists

Sharon was all I could ever hope for in a physical therapist. She was enthusiastic, encouraging, helpful, made me feel special. On my first visit she tested me and laid out accomplishments I would be working for. She took me as a whole person not just a client needing balancing help.I looked forward to each and every lesson. Every minute of my hour was used constructively. Should I ever need to return to Johnson and Hayes I would most certainly request Sharon as my therapist.

I have had a great experience at Johnson and Hayes PT. The office is close to home for me (Balch Rd. and Hwy. 72) which is extremely convenient. My physical therapist Mary Emily has been very knowledgeable and professional and has been a pleasure to work with.

All of the staff and Balch Crossing were knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. Sue and Mary Emily were particularly helpful in treating me and made my visits most enjoyable.

I have enjoyed the services that were provided by the business of Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapy. All sessions were started in a timely manner upon arrival to my appointments. They always greeted me in a professional manner that made me feel welcomed, and were very personable during my time there. The therapist was genuinely concerned about your health and how she could help you improve your needs. At the beginning of each therapy session, she would ask how I was doing, what was bothering me, and explained what she felt would be the best treatment for me during that appointment and target those areas. Overall their staff shows their concerns, are friendly, and always had my best interest in heart. I would recommend this business to anyone who needed or are in need of physical therapy. Johnson & Hays are excellent and that’s why I am providing a 5+ star rating and a high recommendation.

Actually, my husband, Craig went to Johnson and Hayes for PT with some back issues. He was a little anxious at first, but after a couple of visits he felt comfortable and welcomed each time. Selea was great with the therapy and very knowledgeable and thorough about his specific needs. She and others would ask how he was doing and/or how his weekend was. We would recommend Johnson and Hayes to anyone that would need PT. On his last visit, as he called it his “graduation”, Selea gave him a piece of training equipment and a T-shirt! Hats off to such a needed institution and such a caring staff!

This is my first time at Johnson and Hayes on 72 and Balch. The staff is so welcoming and kind. The care I am receiving from Sela is excellent. After just 3 visits, I am starting to feel better. I have been a patient at J&H at the Hughes Road facility in the past and I received excellent care there also. The facility on 72 is bright and open with sunlight streaming in. Sela, the PT is caring, kind and excellent at addressing my needs.

Johnson & Hayes has been a great place for my rehab following knee surgery and especially Mary Emily who has been a phenomenal physical therapist and has done a tremendous job. Highly recommend this place and their therapists

I went for some leg/nerve pain. The stoff there were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and firm.... My experience was a great one!

I have used Allison Stanford at Johnson & Hayes as my physical therapist for two major shoulder surgeries and she has performed admirably. Allison is knowledgeable, personable and caring and always goes above and beyond with her treatment. After the first difficult surgery, I made sure to request Allison by name to act as my PT. Hannah is extremely competent and very professional. She knows the best exercises, stretches, and other techniques to get you back to 100%.

Drew and the rest of the staff at the location in Madison on 72 are great. They have great attitudes and super welcoming. I have been going to them for about a month now and they have helped me make so much progress. I know that when we are finished I will better than I was before I was injured.

Selea and the rest of the team at Johnson and Hayes have been excellent at explaining the pathophysiology of my injury and also the biomechanics of the exercises they put me thru to help me recover.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the Balch Crossing location in Madison. I went with a knee injury that made it difficult to even walk for a few minutes at a time and in 4 weeks Drew (PT) and John (PTA) were able to get me back to full activity (sports, hiking, etc). Big thanks for their care and help!
