Sure Save has been my go-to pharmacy for nearly two decades, initially at their Hwy 53 location and now here. The difference in their service is palpable. Not only do they offer an extensive range of both generic and name-brand medications at competitive rates, but they also consistently price these below our copay, making them a more affordable option than their competitors.

For my family the customer service started well before we were actual customers. Over the past year we have reached out to the pharmacy staff while navigating different prescription situations and every time they tried their best to help us, regardless if that meant a financial benefit to their business.

The only reason our family did not switch sooner was due to the concern of not using a national chain. For us that was a mistake that has now been corrected.

It is also worth mentioning that the transfer process was almost as easy as dropping off a new prescription. There is absolutely no reason not to give them your business if you are looking.

JT and his crew are the best in the business of helping you with your pharmacy needs. If you have not given them a try you are doing a disservice to you and your family. Seth and the other employees are very knowledgeable.

I love this pharmacy, they have a little bit of everything here. The best selection of candles and gifts: Jt is the best pharmacist , if he doesn’t have what you need , he will order it, he has a great staff very friendly. Seth goes out of his way to get things done and he’s always cheerful. I give them 10 stars.

Bar none, this is by far the best pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life!! They are so much more efficient than the big chains and the staff treat the customers like family. They are the nicest people and I have never had a bad interaction even once! Plus, as a bonus, they have the cutest clothes, handbags, jewelry, books and more (I've probably spent way too much in there, but I don't care! Lol). They also have products in there that you can't find in many places, like local honey, organic products for personal care and so much more! I recommend them to everyone I know!!

The pharmacy has a lot of different, unique gifts so I have enjoyed shopping while I wait for my prescription. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Prices are good too! Would recommend this pharmacy over a larger corporate chain.

This is only place to fulfill your pharmacy needs. As a new comer to the area JT and his staff, Seth, Cameron, Bailey and last but not least Mike do a great job! This is a family experience not dealing with places like Walgreens or CVS! They take a personal interest in meeting yours and your family‘s needs they go way beyond to help you get the job done! Fantastic pharmacy. The customer service and attention to detail from the pharmacy staff is great. The prices are so low in comparison to other places. I had to pay cash prices for some prescriptions one time and the pharmacist from one of the big pharmacy chains actually recommended I try Sure Save instead. They charged far less than what the big store was trying to charge. Helped me out big time!

There is no other pharmacy that compares to this Sure Save. Friendly service, unique items in the shop, it’s a great place. There aren’t many places today where a pharmacist will remember your name, this is one of the few. You also will NEVER wait ridiculously long for a prescription if you’re having one filled while you wait. I’ve never experienced a pharmacy with a quicker turnaround. If you have any questions about your meds, the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Best people ever , hands down . Small town vibes in a big city. You don't get customer service like you get at Sure Save Pharmacy much more . JT (the pharmacist and owner) has jumped through more than enough hoops with my insurance, for a medication that saved my life . I am forever grateful for this place ,and if you use them you know that feeling . Plus, they have amazing stuff inside from alot of local places so it feels like an old school pharmacy ♥

Best pharmacy in town, no question. JT is the absolute best pharmacist I have ever had. Him and his staff are so warm and welcoming. You are remembered as a paitent and a friend not as a number or prescription. He pays attention to your medication and will advise you on any possible interactions and/or side effects. Twice he had made me aware of side effects and drug interactions that my docs didnt catch. Will ALWAYS use this pharmacy, dont care if I pay a little more over mail order, its worth every penny!!

I love this locally owned pharmacy. They have always been stocked with anything I've needed & the pharmacists are always helpful if you just have questions. They have a convenient drive thru window & an app for refills that's nice too. Their staff is always friendly. Can't beat them. #shoplocal
