Long Debbie

I recently visited Debbie Long’s office to update some legal documents. While I was there she answered some questions for me on how to handle a different document. She gave me a call after she looked through the document & advised me on how to proceed. It gave me & my family a peace of mind on what to expect! I am very grateful that Debbie did that because prior to that, we were told by others to do nothing.

Debbie was so great to work with. She help us prepare our wills, medical directives, power of attorney docs and answered every question we had. She's easy to work with and we never felt rushed or like we were asking too many questions.

After contemplating, long and hard, about my own personal decisions to make, regarding calling an attorney to help with my legal battles, I called Debbie Long. I had utilized lawyers for a handful of situations in the past, but, this was a new and unfamiliar avenue for me. Anyway, her office was close by, I was new in the area, so I met with her. She was pleasant and confident, that I was choosing the best solution, and reassured, my only course of action, if I wanted a fresh start, and to quit fighting a battle, I was not going to win on my own. She was patient when I had some anxiety, and she was right. I now have some breathing room, and a new lease on life. I do recommend her for her particular expertise, and, she will guide you through it.

Debbie prepared our Wills, Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and Health Care Directives. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She is honest and answered all our concerns.

In 2015, I made a very large purchase from a large home improvement company which included installation. The process was challenging from the day after I signed the contract...complete with mis-ordered and un-ordered materials, incorrect (irresponsible) measurements that made for reordering and weeks of delays... and a year later, my project was still not completed (although it was stated as only taking 6-8 weeks). Having never sought legal counsel, I was intimidated by the large company and their negligence. Debbie stepped in for me and was not afraid of the Big Bad Wolf. She handled my case expertly and took great pressure off of me. Through her tough and thorough experience in dealing with companies like this one, she was able to obtain justice for me. Sometimes we need a tough, competent and experienced person to step in where our own experience cannot meet the task. Debbie did that for me and I recommend her highly as an effective and productive attorney.

Love this attorney! She is very detailed and makes sure you understand what she is saying. She does family, small business, and estate planning. As far as I know, she doesn't do criminal law.

I called and left a VM to see what type of law she practices (it wasn't specific online when I searched). She returned my call, had a very matter-of-fact attitude and was very rude. She didn't know what a Series LLC was and didn't understand my need for one for my business, but wasn't quite interested either. This area isn't lacking for attorneys.... should definitely adjust the attitude and read up on SLLC info.
