Michael and the staff at Therapy South are exceptional and professional. Their attention to detail assures patient safety and they work with you to meet your goals. I thought I would live with a 'catch' in my hip from a car wreck and found out with the right therapy, attention to detail, and work ... that is not the case! My mobility has improved 10X and love that I can return as needed. I highly recommend Therapy South for your physical therapy needs!

I saw John for physical therapy this morning, and he was kind and informative. I feel like I got what I wanted out of this initial visit. The office manager, Olivia, is also lovely.

It is my "must go place" when physical therapy is needed. John's professionalism, experience and expertise took me to a high level of healing and amazing results. Kudos to John and Olivia for the outstanding customer service.

I did Physical Therapy with Shaunta during my pregnancy and continued for about 7 months after I had my son.. She was very helpful with teaching me how to get my abdominal strength back and helping with issues that come with the body after pregnancy. Her and Olivia were considerate, nice and friendly and would help with my little one when I had to bring him to sessions. Highly recommend!

I see Michael for dry needling about every 3 months. It helps me with jaw pain, neck pain, and my traps. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved Shaunta! I had issues with my pelvic floor after having two kids. She did a great job getting me back to normal and making the process fun and easy. I had a great time working with her and was sad when it ended. Also shout out to Olivia! She works upfront and was always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend these ladies!

I received PT from Shaunta for some pelvic floor and SI joint issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The exercises she’s given me have improved my pain. She taped me to help manage pain during a cross-state move which helped tremendously. She always gives personalized attention and is just hilarious in general to help get your mind off your exercises 🤪 I wouldn’t see another PT in the area after my experience here. Olivia is also easy to reach, organized, flexible, and hilarious as well! Great staff and office all around!

Could not recommend Shaunta more. She was wonderful to work with, and I was so impressed with the level of care she provided - individualized and thorough. She also displayed incredible "soft skills" as a therapist, always understanding and kind. Also, loved getting to know Olivia in the front office - she was so helpful and kind. Every interaction with her, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I was so impressed with the level of personal care provided! This is a smaller office, so there aren't many patients there at one time, which means I get a lot of one-on-one attention from my therapist. They are very thorough and take the time to explain everything. Shaunta does a great job of making sure my session is what I need *that day* rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. And Olivia in the front office is a great communicator, it's easy to teach her on the phone and get my questions answered. Will definitely request this office next time I need PT for anything!

Thirteen years after the first of three lumbar surgeries, I had very little faith in physical therapy. My Doctor referred me to TherapySouth and I’m so glad she did. The staff is so friendly and the facility is spacious and clean. Josh is a miracle worker, he quickly diagnosed my problem as sacroiliac instability, rather than a bulging disk. His treatments started to decrease my pain from the first visit and one month later, I am completely pain-free for the first time in forever. I highly recommend TherapySouth!

My experience with TherapySouth is nothing less than amazing. I was in so much pain attempting to sleep and walking with pain. After the 1st visit, I could feel the improvement and after a week, no pain getting to sleep. I am so impressed with such quick and absolute relief... The staff at Therapy South are kind and compassionate. They understand that you are there because you need help with a physical condition. They explain things clearly, develop a plan, demonstrate your "homework" and evaluate as you progress. They treat you like a person, not just a patient or a number. Everyone at the clinic is helpful. If I ever were to need therapy again, I would definitely go back here.

From the friendly and helpful assistance of Olivia to the personalized treatment, training, and guidance from my PT, John, this is THE place to go for PT.

Following shoulder surgery, was with the largest PT provider in HSV for 9.5 weeks. One size fits all approach. Pushed me into excruciating levels of pain regularly, eventually telling me regaining full ROM in my shoulder would not be possible.

Came to TherapySouth, explained the pain problem to my PT, John. He immediately recognized what I needed was soft tissue work to be able to exercise around the nerve pain. He’s been able to make each visit and my exercises virtually pain-free. Today, he even got me past full rotation! I’ve seen a marked difference in my ROM and pain Ievels outside of PT.
