PODS Moving & Storage

We had a wonderful experience moving across country with Pods (Phoenix, AZ to Huntsville, AL). They were very responsive, considerate and prompt. Our unit was handled with care and all things agreed upon in the contract were fulfilled. It was also significantly less expensive than a uhaul and it provided us the flexibility to store our things without having to move them multiple times for a short term lease. I highly recommend using a pod for a move.

Reserving a container and scheduling delivery was an easy process. PODS representatives were honest and helpful. Upon scheduling for pick-up, the agent was very helpful and successfully scheduled the pick-up to occur within days.

Experience was great all around. Pick up and Drop off were flawless and everything stored in the POD for the few months we had it in their storage, was perfectly fine. The alerts for payments and the website were also very easy to use and understand.

This was our first time using PODS to relocate to another state across the country. We were extremely impressed with the level of service and accommodations PODS provided when we asked for a quicker pick up and delivery date. Everyone we spoke with on the phone and who delivered/picked up the container were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone considering a long distance relocation. Great job PODS team!

Efficient scheduling, pack at my own pace takes the stress way down, drivers were really personable and professional. Multiple drops and deliveries over 2 different PODS and had ZERO issues.

We loved the pod. Made packing and unpacking so much easier.

Working with PODS made the move from CT to AL much less stressful. Not having the same type of time constraint to load and unload was fantastic and appreciated for a self move with 3 little kids. Relative climate controlled storage was a main factor in choosing PODS as we did not have a defined timeline to find a house.
Drivers and associates on the phone were all polite and helpful.
