The Way Church

My family and I have been going to this church off and on for over a year. Fantastic people, great preacher. My kids love the youth groups, absolutely the best church we’ve been to in regards to kids.

This is an amazing church! They really make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot on the ground. I really enjoyed the word from the pastor as well. My son really enjoyed it as well! We will be returning.

I've attended several churches in the past and The Way Church in Athens, AL is by far one of the most loving church families I have ever been a part of. It is centered in Christ and no matter where you are in your journey, the message makes sense. If you want to dig deeper into God's word and grow in his love, this is the place to go. I leave every-time knowing Christ's unconditional love for me, I'm in awe in the fact he sacrificed himself for me, and I know I have the tools ready to face the life ahead of me. If you want to be a part of something bigger than yourself, if you want to build up the Body of Christ, OR if you don't know Jesus, The Way Church is where you need to be. Come and behold the love and glory of Jesus Christ with a church family who loves you, for you.

This Church is my home. I felt welcome the moment I walked in the door. The church congregation is so kind and the Pastor has an anointing on him that no one can deny. The Way Church is Christ filled and Christ let. There is no judgement on what you hear or what you look like or the color of your skin. They welcome everyone with open arms and love to share the good news of Jesus dying for us and making his body a payment for our sins past, present and future. This Church loves Jesus and loves people where they are at this moment. I love The Way Church.

I am a member of this church. The pastor is one of the most gifted in uncovering biblical truths that I have ever met. The teaching is sound. This church exists to make much of Christ. Imperfect people doing their best to live their faith and glorify a perfect Savior.

A place where you can feel at home. A place that seeks to honor Jesus by making & maturing disciples. Wonderful options for children’s classes. I felt welcome from our first times visiting.

Perfectly imperfect! That’s what I have always said about this church. You will see a group of imperfect people who love a perfect savior. We love each other through our imperfections and use all of them to grow towards God. Real people with real problems seeking a true relationship with Jesus modeled through our relationships with each other and our family’s.

We just started attending church here on Sunday mornings and we love it so far. Everyone has been super friendly. Very clean and just has a welcoming atmosphere to worship.

This is the best church I have been to probably my whole life. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Its a real church family that cares. I highly recommend coming here.
