Alamo Rent A Car

I rent cars very often and decided to try ALAMO in Huntsville Int. Airport. These excellent group of people are just amazing, from the counter on the terminal to the parking lot. Very friendly, fast and attentive. LAKELLE, she is a real problem solver, twice she went beyond to help on some left behind item on the car, then KENDAL helped to get my stuff from the car. Small action like this makes a huge difference, thank you. We will keep doing business together. A+++ service.

After previous disappointment with another Alamo Location I can say this one was by far the best.
Daite from the front desk was so gracious and nice, and she has a very welcoming and friendly smile and attitude.
Five star service and I got a very nice car,
with super great mileage, fyi I only put 45$ worth of gas for about 550 miles
I hope I get to rent again from this location.

Wanted to shout out Kim at the Alamo Rental Desk at HSV Airport. After a 5 hour flight delay only to have our flight cancelled with no other outgoing flights, Kim was able to help us rent a car on short notice to get my husband, newborn daughter, and me home ASAP. Thank you KIM! Your joyful attitude made light of an otherwise frustrating situation!

Marissa Owens, the assistant branch manager, was a pleasure to work with. My rental car trip went smoothly, except for a minor inconvenience, which she addressed and remediated immediately.

The woman who works at the service desk at Huntsville,AL airport was awesome. I made a mistake on the pick up date and she was able to correct everything and get me into a nice rental. She was polite and professional. The vehicle was in very good condition.

This was the easiest car rental experience I have ever had. The pick up at the counter in baggage claim was seem less and the return was equally seem less.

If they could only do this at every other location, you would never have any negative comments and a lot more new customers.

I needed a mini van to take my extended family on a vacation trip this summer. Could not find a Suburban or Tahoe but Alamo had a 7 passenger mini-van. The car was brand new and perfect for our trip. It was ready for pickup at the time we requested and the return was a piece of cake. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely use Alamo again in the future.

The rate I received was the best compared to the other car agencies for that weekend. Excellent customer service and no wait time. No hassle when returning the car. Will definitely rent with Alamo on my next visit to Huntsville.

Pick up -Was the best experience ever. Next day there was an issue and I had to bring the car back due to the battery light was on .I was afraid it would quit on me and I did not know the area. Came back they gave me another car and I drove off within 30 minute. Return the car on my way to the airport and the young lady waiting to accepted the car was so pleasant.I HAVE never rented from them but will in the future only

In early January, I rented a car at Huntsville Int't Airport. It was a positive experience. The rental cost was within my budget. Adrena Bennett provided excellent customer service and took time to answer questions and explain the charges associated with renting the car. My next trip to Huntsville I will certain use Alamo again!

Alamo at Huntsville, AL had the best rates available. They were fast and courteous. They provided a really nice care for the price. Upon returning the vehicle the attendant was very polite, helpful and efficient.

WOW..... Found the customer service to be OUT STANDING. Walked in ( I am a Alamo Preferred Member) OH not to mention it is free to join; and made reservations at 5:00 pm. Went out to eat at our favorite eatery and returned at 8:00 pm to the Intl. AP, walked in and picked up vehicle. Drop off was just as easy. Love the Service, Love the Car's. Adrena Bennett at the inside service desk was very helpful and her calm disposition and beautiful smile was very accommodating during my trying situation. The way she handle my issues will be the main reason I choose Alamo for my rental car needs.

My experience with Alamo was as follows: efficient, friendly and fast, and a good value. The car was great. It had great pick up and got really good mileage per gallon of gasoline.

I rented a standard size vehicle a couple a weeks ago from Alamo and I must say the customer service I received was totally above what I expected. Adrena, the young lady at the service desk was great!!! I will continue to rent vehicles from this place only!!
