Kind and considerate. Thorough and efficient. I was extremely nervous and they were very kind to me.

Update: had extraction after consult today and I left even more impressed. The office staff,the dental assistant and Dr Gravitt were so kind and considerate and as gentle as anyone could be. They didn’t make me feel bad about having to have an extraction and were kind beyond words. Definitely will be making them my dental care provider going forward. Thank you all so much.

I needed an emergency root canal and had gone to a different dentist office that couldn’t get me in for a week. Called this office to see if I could get a second opinion/have the root canal done sooner. They got me right in…took an X-ray and got the root canal done for me that day. Dr. Bennet took care of me and all of the office staff were wonderful! I highly recommend this dental office and I will certainly be back to see them.

Michelle, my hygienist, was such a warm, caring, and professional person. Probably for the first time ever, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist..lol! This was my first visit to this dental office because I moved here from VA not to long ago. I highly recommend Complete Dental to anyone. The Dentist was very easy to talk to and listened to any concerns I had. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience!

Very friendly front office staff, I was greeted immediately when I walked in the office. Jordan did a great job with my cleaning & x-rays. It was a very comfortable experience.

Wonderful staff, everyone is so helpful and kind. Dr. Gravitt is wonderful. Incredible bedside manner, he has been very sweet, informative, reassuring, and I don’t ever feel like he is just rushing to get to the next patient. I have been to 3 out of the 4 Complete Dental North Alabama locations and this location is 10/10 the best. I look forward to booking my next appointment with this location and with Dr. Gravitt and his staff.

My hygienist Madison was amazing! She was gentle, she was kind and very professional. The dentist was very knowledgable and helped me understand my continued treatment. Really enjoyed my visit!

My hygienist Madisyn was super friendly, thorough, and informative. Dr Gravitt was very nice. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and made it easy for me to check in for my first appointment. I was also surprised at how affordable it was for both my X-rays and a cleaning.

He did a excellent job with me I had two extractions done on the same side wisdom teeth and it was my first time Dr.Steven Bennett did a great job and believe me it was not easy but he definitely took great care of me.

Great experience at this Rt 72 location. Michelle was great and so was the dentist I met. Very professional and timely. I was apprehensive going to a different location. But was very very pleased.

Absolutely wonderful! I HATE the dentist and have needed sedation for simple cleanings. Dr. Gravitt is soo reassuring, kind, genuine. Completely unlike any dentist I’ve ever met. Staff is always super friendly and the dental assistants have wonderful bedside manner. Elaine at the front desk won’t even mind to slip you a prize from the toy bin, as long as you promise to floss! I was recommended this place by my BIL who also can’t stand dentists. I am so glad I listened!

Everyone at this office is so nice ! I have anxiety and they always make me feel comfortable,I would highly recommend them ! And Dr.Gravitt is great ,he explains things and takes up a lot of time with you .

Amazing service and consideration, I had to have extensive work done Doc made what would normally be an extremely uncomfortable process very smooth and comforting. Multiple root canals 🦷 n one day and was still able to get on with life that day! This is my dentist period.
