National Car Rental

The Huntsvillle Airport National Car Rental counter provide above and beyond service to me. There was an ongoing issue with my Emerald Club account and manager Ms Crump and the lady at the counter (I unfortunately did not get her name) made more than a good-faith effort to assist me.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt the need to leave one to commend the HSV Emerald booth team. As an Executive Elite member, my time is valuable and very limited in my profession. Naneka(Queen), Jasmine, Taylor and of course Mrs. Yolanda all make this possible every time. Each one shows a high level of professionalism and commitment to the customer. They kept me updated in my short wait time for a vehicle and made me feel very welcomed as an Emerald member. Stella team and excellent rental experience !!

Fantastic as usual with national. Quick access to car without lines or counter visits, great selection of cars, with team even helping me get a specific SUV (Jeep Wagoneer) so I could "test drive" that vehicle. I never rent anywhere but National! Thanks to the team at HSV for making this a great experience.

Great experience with National. The vehicle was very clean and in great shape. The rental process was easy because of the pre-rental on line. The drop off was even easier, and the agent was so pleasant and friendly. Great job.

While I find most National Car locations have friendly and professional people, I was particularly impressed with Elsa at the Huntsville location at check-in. At the door with a smile, ensuring that everything went smoothly and ready to get us on our way for our flights. If I'm back in the area, I will definitely be using them again.

Check in was quick. Return was super quick! They didn’t have a convertible but gave us a choice of several other cars. Ended up with Audi Q3.

The National Car rental at the Huntsville International airport is one of the best National rental stations I have ever used and way better than any of the other Car rental company’s in Huntsville.
Update, I rented again at National and was not let down. I had to extend my rental after an unexpected setback, it was as easy as starting up my National APP and putting in the new return date.
National don’t disappoint!

I'm a regular with National and have exec status so my experience may not be the same as everyone else. I am always greeted kindly and offered a choice based on available vehicles. The folks at the booth and on the lot are always absolutely amazing and proffesional. I get nice cars and great service and our corporate rates are amazing as well. National is my only choice for rental vehicles.

They always have what I need and always work with me if I have to extend my rental. My company and I are so satisfied with National you will be too

National is always extra nice and efficient with both the pick-up and drop-off of the rental. Special call out to Jeff at the drop-off for being quick and thorough!

Counter was a bit busy when I arrived but overall had a great experience and they gave me an upgraded car so really can't complain.

The entire team and experience was world class. I have rented from myriad National locations across the US and Huntsville is easily one of the top 3 destinations in terms of service and accommodation.

Miss Yolanda, especially, was incredibly sweet, endearing and supportive during the rental process; my kids left asking if she could be their other grandma. Upon return, the girl in the corset was also especially social and helpful with the return of the vehicle.

Hands down, one of my best experiences with the National brand. 10/10 stars, would absolutely do again.

The best customer service experience I've had with a car rental company in many years. My initial check-out was fast and professional, the car was in great shape, and check-in went equally as well. When I checked in, Terynce McDonald at the Huntsville, AL airport was particularly helpful.

Customer service here is definitely beyond 5 stars. Even if there is a line the manger and staff onsite of my flight arrival definitely made sure everyone was addressed and accommodated as fast as possible. Customer service from the staff was the stella for me as well as the vehicle choices!!

Being a club member and staying loyal yields a lot of comfort with National. Picking your ride and easy checking out process gets me out of the airport 🛫 fast, easy rental, easy return.
