My experience was excellent. The first contact was Shantal and she was ver efficient in asking date I needed the unit, what size I needed etc. the whole application process easy. I haven’t had to fill my unit yet, but I am looking forward to storing tote boxes of items that I don’t have room for in my home.

Shamoya was very easy to work with, she answered all my questions and took care of everything. Within 10 minutes I had the unit I needed and didn’t have to really do much of anything myself. Quick and easy.

Was easy to book a parking space for our travel trailer. Location is a big plus. Well maintained facilities too.

Instructions accessing the unit we bought online was very easy. We were able to clean the unit out in two days.

Customer service has been awesome and gave a military discount. I have never had an issue with entering 24 hours a day and the unit was clean when rented. The process of renting the unit was also extremly easy and quick. I will have no problem recommending them to anyone in the future.

Clean. I rented a storage and realized it was too small when I actually seen it. No problem honestly. Less than five minutes I was unloading in my new, larger, storage. Easy peezy...
