AT&T Store

I dealt with a very professional and efficient employee tonight; her name is Allison Crist. She was the only one working and people just came pouring in.
She kept her composure, was gracious to the customers, and was able to compartmentalize each customer’s needs. Not once, did I see her get flustered by such an influx of customers.
I haven’t seen an employee like her in years. I don’t know if you compensate your employees for a job well done. All I know is this girl deserves high honors!

The efficiency of the store and employees are top notch. Amber, did amazing at switching our service with full explanation of the devices. She was polite and extremely knowledgeable of the products. I highly recommend consumers to visit this store for their Cellular needs.

I recently upgraded my iphone and had a much better experience then last time. The new manager is amazing and really helpful. A big change from previous.

Was a lot easier this time at store to buy phone and get data transferred. A much nicer bunch of associates. The young woman who helped me was super nice. The last time I bought phone a iPhone 12 I was there for around four hrs was terrible with rude associates. Took about 45 min to complete this time when I bought my IPhone 14. This store being managed much better now. Big thanks to all of them.

My husband, our 2 year old son, and I went in about an hour before closing. Storm immediately assisted us. Our son did perfect until about 5 minutes into our visit and she helped us keep him occupied while she was working with us. When we had an issue with my phone she did everything she could to get it fixed. She was wonderful. We are so happy we switched to AT&T and Storm helped us.

Nessa was very helpful with our phone purchase.
And when I ask about the Apple Watch she was very informative and helpful. She’s also a very sweet and pleasant young lady!!
We will definitely go back to Nessa for all our AT&T needs.

My wife and I recently upgraded our phones and services at the AT&T store at Mercer Mall. Allison could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and she was quite patient with us as we demonstrated our lack of tech savvy. We will definitely request her services in the future should the need arise!!!

Jennifer was great with welcoming us into the store, and helping us to upgrade our SIM cards. She was very pleasant to work with and she even took time out to help us pick out phone accessories! Visited this location today, they were super busy. The manager and staff were very professional and efficient. Tyler was so helpful and took care of our needs in a timely manner. Much improved service at this store.

Went in the front door gentleman came up to help we ask one question he answered they didn’t have any in stock that was it went back 40 minutes later to talk to a different sales rep got Shawn he was awesome we bought 2 I phone 12 pro max and was very pleased with this purchase
