Had a great experience getting new phones and switching back to T-Mobile today!! We left T-Mobile for AT&T and instantly regretted it. Two months with AT&T and we said enough and made the switch back to Y-Mobile. Trisha was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us. Thanks again Trisha!!

Ray was incredible and gave outstanding customer service. I’m so excited about my new IPhone and T Mobile service. We also added the home internet. I am saving so much money with T Mobile. Rayshaud gave me a great deal on a home internet modem which is operated by a micro-SD card. The setup is basically just like having an extra phone just lying around running hotspot. The signal is wonderful and the team members are very knowledgeable.
However, they've been upping my bill ever since day one, but they fixed it for me, so no complaints there.

My experience at T- mobile in Mercer Mall was spot on. Bree and Michael went above and beyond to get us what we needed and some things we did not know we need. Both are professional and explain things on our level. These two represented your company so well that I may recruit them for my company. That is how great the experience is.

I came in the store asking how to use my phone it was acting up and doing something I have never experienced before . There was an associate there her name is layken. She took time out to help me and she walked me through it asking me if I was comfortable with it and would I be able to do it if it happens again . While I was there I become a customer with your Wi-Fi service . Thanks young lady for helping a grandma.

Mercer mall with Ray and Connie was a wonderful experience, they did everything to fix Bluefield store mistakes . Jackie shouldn't have a job much less a manager position..thanks so much mercer team I'll definitely be coming back .

Dristin was amazing at helping me out! The store in Princeton wouldnt give me no deal but he found every deal possible to give me and I appreciate it so much! Definitely give him the highest rating possible.

I must say we went to Bluefield to buy phones and they didn't even activate them. Come to find out the girl Jackie didn't even do her job right and I had to spend 2 hours there with Un activated devices. Came to mercer and Connie and Ray did all they could had to call in and get my stuff straight after all Bluefield messed up I'll never go anywhere but mercer mall. Staff is amazing .
