Retreat at 971 RV Park

The best place I have stayed at! (2months)
Quiet, beautiful landscapes all around. The drive to Georgetown was just 20 min. and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic.
Al and Martha have been the kindest and quick on responding to any questions or issues. (Had no issues really)
I will return in the future!

Super nice place, very well kept, clean, pool is small but most places don't even have a pool, facilities are very clean and cared for. Out in the country so it is very peaceful. I would totally recommend this place!

This is a great place to be!!!! All the amenities of home.... Well taken care of. Owners are awesome people... Wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Extremely happy with my move!!!

Stayed here a few months! Awesome RV park! Doesn’t get any quieter than out here! All you hear are the birds chirping! Very peaceful park. Always clean and an awesome landscaper that even keeps under the RVs weed-eated and leaf blowed! Pool is super nice too! Definitely enjoyed our summer here!

This was a great, clean, friendly place! We stayed for 5 months and the owners were always making things better and better. The county feel was another plus. We will be back!

We stayed here for 4 months during our house renovation. VERY peaceful, quiet clean RV park. Shower room new and clean. We enjoyed taking our grandkids to the pool and playground. Was happy to have laundry room. Management always friendly, helpful, responsive and well organized. Really enjoyed our time here.

Very beautiful countryside park! It is a newer park (opened in May 2018), so trees are still small. Lots are gravel (good size), not too close to neighbors. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry room are very clean. Showers have area to get dressed. Pool is now open, clean, and has handicap chair. Dog park is lighted and good size. There is a small playground for children, and 2 horseshoe pits. The office has some items (toothpaste, soap, swim goggles, RV supplies) for sale and there is a vending machine with drinks and snacks by the pool area. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Grocery, gas, and convenience stores are about 10 miles away. Thank you Al and staff for a wonderful stay!

We found this retreat in May 2018, just as it was opening, and it just keeps getting better! Beautiful bathroom and laundry facilities, a refreshing pool, and a playscape for the little ones. Traveling with dogs in your RV? They will love the fenced dog park! It’s a quick 10-15 min drive to the store in town, but worth it to be out under the stars. Park office carries some necessities (RV supplies, toothpaste, snacks, soda, etc) if you don’t want to go into town. Owners are courteous and continuously working to improve amenities and keep the park beautiful.

Great place I was able to call home for 4 months! Owners are great, helpful and very available all the time. I relocated from North East Texas and lived in the RV park until my family joined me and we bought a house. The amenities are FANTASTIC! Clean washer/dryer, bathrooms, pool, dog park, amenities were just great. If I have family or friends coming to the area I will always recommend Retreat at 971.

We had originally made a reservation for one week but a couple hours after checking in, we learned of a family emergency that would require us to leave the following day. The owners were very understanding and accommodating and refunded everything I had paid and only charged us for the one night. The bathrooms and showers are very spacious and there is a nice pool and dog park. If we ever find ourselves coming back out this way, we will definitely stay here again. Wife and I parked here for about 5 months. Amenities such as pool, bath house and laundry were excellent. Lawn maintenance was also great. Wish all parks along our journeys were this nice.

Great place today. Very quiet and peaceful. Worth getting on the waiting list. Lots of amenities. Close to Granger Lake and short drive to nearby towns. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed and had wonderful experience, brand new bathrooms and laundry. Swimming pool/horseshoe pits, very nice park. One exception don't have your mail forwarded here' when you try to have it forwarded back it doesn't work. USPS has my floating in limbo apparently this park is considered a business and you cannot get your mail rerouted back to your original address.

Amazing staff, beautiful views! The sunrise and sunsets are amazing! The pool and shower house are spotless, and the washers and dryers all work nicely. Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet place! Although next to freeway I never really noticed. Wonderful staff and well spaced for rv’s. Not overly fancy but really nice. We will for sure go here when we are traveling again!

Very friendly staff and informative. Stopped by to check it out as a possible living place and was very impressed. Looks great lots of amenities for our family.

Its every thing to look for in a park clean sites, nice showers,laundromat, and swimming pool plus the staff is very courteous ,I look forward to moving there soon.
