Went to O'Reilly on my way back from Fort Worth heading to Amarillo. My old truck had the brake lights and engine lights and stopped and got it checked. Two of their workers were very nice and friendly and helped me so much. Really appreciate customer service 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Incredibly nice staff. Came in to see why our check engine light was on. Gave me a full report and part that needed to be replaced quickly.

Our battery started giving us trouble on the way to Dallas from California. We were near Vernon, Tx so we stopped at O’Reilly’s. They tested our five year old battery and then sold and installed a new one in under 30 minutes. Brenda and Christopher were awesome! Thanks again!

They trouble shoot your cars codes for check engine lights, always have my parts in stock and have an excellent awards program and very helpful staff! Definitely service with a smile at this Vernon location and easy to find!

Went to get a battery and the clerk came out and tested the entire electric system to make sure that a dead battery wasn't the only problem. Very friendly service.

Parts are shipped quickly normally take a day and they have a cool staff!

Needed a light bulb replaced on Kia shortage and the worker was very professional and knowledgeable. She able to replace the bulb for me .WONDERFUL service
